And welcome to day 25 of the mindful minute.

This is Laura.

We are continuing our discussion of the seven chakras.

So go ahead and find a comfortable seat.

Soften your gaze or close your eyes and bring your attention to the space between your pubic bone and just below your navel.

This is the area of the sacral chakra.

It's also known as svaadhisthana.

Imagine a warm orange light coming from this area.

Feel energized,

Joyful,

Creative,

And passionate.

These are the qualities of this chakra.

Allow this warm orange light to let these qualities wash over you.

Mountains here can allow us to embrace change.

Allow this warm orange light to continue to grow and expand beyond your entire body.

Stay here as long as you'd like.
