Today,

With the help of the mindful breathing technique,

Anapanasati,

We will delve into and explore the importance of self-sufficiency.

Find a comfortable,

Quiet,

Cozy place,

One that is ideal for your tranquility,

Where you can dedicate yourself fully to this process,

The process of self-observation.

Sit in such a place on any surface,

Preferably semi-hard or hard.

It could be a chair,

Or you can sit in a half-lotus or lotus position.

Focus on each inhale.

Focus on each exhale.

Try to breathe slowly,

Calmly,

Releasing any tension and anxiety.

Allow yourself to enter a state of silent consciousness.

Throughout this meditation,

Try to sit still,

Maintaining a straight posture,

And regularly recall and return to your breath,

Tracking how the inhale smoothly transforms into the exhale.

The exhale smoothly transforms into the inhale.

Feel how your body begins to relax.

Allow yourself to simply be in this moment.

There's no need to do anything special.

Just be.

Just breathe.

Just observe how life unfolds right now.

Feel the air entering through your nostrils and filling your chest,

And then slowly leaving your body.

Let your breath be natural,

Unchanged.

Just observe its flow.

Let's turn to the thoughts that come and go,

Like clouds in the sky.

Allow them to pass without getting caught up in them.

Don't judge them.

Don't attach meaning to them.

Just observe how they come and go.

In the Yoga Sutras of Patanjali,

It is said to be attached to God and detached from the world.

This reminds us that our true well-being lies in our inner path to God.

Christ's teachings guide us to engage with the world around us,

Fulfilling our responsibilities and roles,

Yet not to become consumed by worldly desires or materialism.

He instructs,

Live in this world,

But do not let the world live within you.

This concept suggests that while we must operate within the societal framework,

Our attachment should not be to the fleeting aspects of the world.

Christ emphasized the importance of prioritizing spiritual growth and finding the divine realm that resides within each individual.

He taught that the Kingdom of God is within us.

This means that we should fulfill our duties in this world,

But not be attached to it.

Christ said that we should seek the Kingdom of God within us.

The Kingdom of God is within us.

As Paramahansa Yogananda said,

When we develop our consciousness to a state where we can be free from external attachments,

We attain inner joy and peace.

This state of indifference to the external world leads to inner bliss.

People seek the Kingdom of God outside themselves,

In the surrounding world,

But they cannot find it here,

Because it has always been and will always be within us.

Therefore,

They are initially doomed to delusion.

Seek first the Kingdom of God and His righteousness,

And all these things will be added to you.

First of all,

You need to create this Kingdom in your consciousness,

And then you will attain in real life.

Christ advised,

Seek first the Kingdom of God and His righteousness,

And all these things will be added to you.

To truly live,

We must first cultivate this divine kingdom in our own consciousness,

By a more profound and authentic existence,

One that transcends the superficial layers of life,

Real life.

In the Yoga Sutras of Patanjali,

It is said to be attached to God and detached from the world.

This reminds us that our true well-being lies in our inner path to God.

Return to your breath.

Feel how each inhale fills you with new energy,

And each exhale releases you from tension and stress.

Let your breath be your compass in this moment,

Reminding you of the simplicity and beauty of the present moment.

May these words of wisdom help you cultivate inner peace.

Allow yourself to feel the presence in this moment,

To feel how life unfolds.

Right now,

Accept this moment with love and gratitude.

Continue to observe your breath until the end of the audio session.

Only then will you develop true tranquility and inner peace.

Observe how long you can maintain your attention on the point beneath your nostrils,

Without being distracted by thoughts.
