Welcome, Noble Soul! In this 25-minute guided meditation, you’ll settle into a comfortable seated posture and gently focus on the breath beneath your nostrils. This practice invites you to release the past—memories, emotions, and old stories—without resistance, welcoming them as passing experiences while staying anchored in the present moment.
