Welcome.

Thank you for joining me today as we call your energy back and unlock your full potential.

Find a nice,

Very comfortable and safe place to be in this moment.

Find a nice posture that feels very nurturing and comfortable for you.

Close your eyes if that's available or allow them to very softly gaze on a soft spot that does not move.

Allow your body to begin to settle and really allow and explore whatever that means to you in this moment.

Letting your body settle.

Breathing in slowly and deeply and breathing out as you do this.

Letting yourself fully and completely be in this moment in time.

This is sacred space that you are creating for yourself to unlock your potential.

Let's use your creativity and visualize that energetically and emotionally there have been little parts of you.

Maybe even like little cords or strings perhaps you can visualize that have gone out,

Outward over the last few days and weeks,

Maybe even months.

Visualize all the ways that you have engaged with other people that left little strings dangling out there.

Pulling energy away from you as they've kind of stayed attached to the experiences and the people that you have had over the last days and weeks and months.

Breathing in and breathing out.

For example,

Anytime that you're at the grocery store let's say or you're talking to someone else or you smile at someone or wave or that you just avoid someone or something at work that you've avoided.

Anything.

Notice these strings in your work,

In your home,

In your relationships and the conversations you've had in your phone.

Maybe you've been down the rabbit hole of social media and a cord or a string was left there.

Notice where your energy has been scattered and left outward.

Now,

Notice that there are these interesting little pulleys or reels.

It's like a fishing reel and you can get creative here.

Maybe you can use something else as a visual.

But these pulleys and these reels are drawing all these little strings or cords back each time you breathe in.

Some of these may be very,

Very far away and it may take a little more time.

But as we continue to breathe in and breathe out,

With each breath in we take we are going to call our full selves back,

Fully back into this moment.

Bringing all these little strings,

All these cords back home to us so that we can settle in this moment.

It feels so good.

Notice as you breathe in and out how it does feel to be less scattered.

To be bringing home these parts of you,

These little energetic parts that may have gotten scattered and left.

Notice how you feel in your body right now.

Do this one more time,

Breathing in and reeling back in any parts of you.

Settling the body,

Releasing any tension from the jaw,

The shoulders,

Around the heart and the abdomen and the pelvic floor and the legs.

Releasing any tension and feel yourself fully grounding in this moment.

Notice again how you feel now that you have energetically brought back all these little parts of you.

Take a deep breath in and draw your breath all the way into the lower belly and the lower pelvis.

Feeling the pelvic floor awakening to the bladder and the bowel,

The hips and the legs.

Feel a softening and an unwinding.

On your next exhale feel your shoulders and arms getting heavy,

Your eyelids getting heavy.

Continue this release with each exhalation and with each inhalation draw the breath all the way down to the pelvis or the hips and legs.

Creating almost a circle of breath.

As you inhale,

You're breathing this new vital life force,

Calling yourself home all the way into your pelvis and lower half of the body.

As you exhale,

Letting the body settle and soften even more.

Noticing the legs getting heavy,

The brain softening.

Notice what it is like to settle yourself in this particular way by using the breath and bringing your attention into the lower half of the body.

Visualize now that there's a beautiful dim light in the pelvis and that surrounds the entire pelvic bowl.

As you continue to breathe,

This light becomes brighter and starts to fill the entire pelvis.

As you continue to breathe,

This light becomes brighter and starts illuminating everything in the pelvis as well as the abdomen and the spine.

It keeps getting a little bit brighter.

The light just is turning up a little more.

Feeling and visualizing this warmth and beautiful light that is within you,

Awakening and unlocking your purity and truth and desires and awareness.

Now breathe in and around your heart.

Visualize that there is a box with a lock around the heart.

And visualize that there is a key somewhere nearby that you are able to see now that the pelvis has illuminated this key.

Visualize in whatever way possible,

Really allowing yourself to get creative here,

That somehow we're able to take this key and unlock the box that is around your heart.

Visualize and feel simultaneously what happens as this unlocks,

As the box fades away and moves.

Notice the quality of the heart now that the box is able to be unlocked and removed.

Notice this beautiful,

Bright pink hue of the heart that can glow and shine just as the bright light shines and meets the light of the pelvis.

If it feels good to you,

You can even place a hand on the heart and one on the very lower belly.

Breathing in to the lower belly and breathing in to the heart.

Continuing this a few times,

Just bringing that breath,

Inhaling and exhaling nice and low.

Notice any warmth that you may feel as this breath is awakening within you.

The wisdom and love and potential within your deeper self.

Tune in to the feet,

Breathing in all the way to the feet.

And then as you exhale,

Bring that breath all the way through the pelvis,

Through the spine,

Through the crown of the head.

As you inhale,

Bring the breath back down through the head,

The throat,

The heart,

The spine,

The pelvis and all the way down to the feet.

And as you exhale,

Bringing all of that energy back upward through the pelvis,

Through the spine,

Through the heart,

Through the throat,

Through the crown of the head.

Exhaling and releasing.

Inhaling,

Drawing that attention back down through the head,

Through the throat,

The heart,

The spine,

The pelvis,

All the way to the soles of the feet.

Exhaling through the soles of the feet,

The pelvis,

The heart,

The throat,

The crown of the head.

We'll do this one more time.

We'll do this one more time.

As you inhale,

Breathing down through the head,

The throat,

The heart,

The spine,

The pelvis to the soles of the feet.

Exhaling and drawing the energy up through the pelvis,

Through the spine,

Through the heart,

The throat and the crown of the head.

And now just notice.

Let your breath become natural.

Visualize that you are growing roots through the feet,

Stabilizing and grounding you.

Notice that the pelvis is illuminated to birth your full potential,

To illuminate and establish safety and security.

Notice that the heart is unlocked and activated for unconditional love in your life.

Notice the alignment of the soles of the feet,

The pelvis,

The spine,

The heart,

The shoulders and the head.

This happens physically but also energetically.

And this alignment of all of you is what also illuminates and unlocks your true and full potential.

This is a healing today.

A healing that I am guiding you through and that you are awakening within you.

Let the eyes soften as you continue to feel and visualize that rooting through your feet,

The lengthening of the spine.

Take one more deep breath in and open mouth,

Full exhale and release.

With a smile coming across your entire being,

Very,

Very gently blink the eyes open,

Gazing at something softly that doesn't move.

Circle your wrists and your ankles,

Maybe moving the fingertips and toes to wake them up.

Gently move the head from side to side.

Maybe giving yourself a little twist through the spine or rounding and arching the spine.

Taking however many moments you need,

Resting in the knowing that your pure potential has been unlocked.

And it all starts by settling into yourself and calling the parts of you back.
