Peacefulness. How do we find peacefulness that surpasses all understanding? Is it possible for us to be peaceful right now? Right now. Peacefulness is always present. Always. When we arrive to the here and now. Here and now. Throughout most of the day we're hearing commentary we're making critiques we're hearing desires fears. But before all that there is a peacefulness and we just are. And we can always be always. And we can always be peaceful by just stopping. Because in the beautiful silence of now is that peacefulness that surpasses all understanding. It's always present it's always present. When we pause and just be. Thoughts mind chatter keep us from that peacefulness. But when we don't engage with that mind chatter and just be present with the now right now. Peace is always there. Always. It's never gone. It never leaves us. We leave it. But it's always waiting to embrace us. To welcome us back. All we have to do is just be. The ego the mind the mind will fight this. But since peacefulness is our natural state we can come back to that peacefulness and reside there now. We do it every night when we sleep. When we're in that deep restful sleep our minds are quiescent. Similarly as we allow our minds to be quiescent in the wakeful state we discover a beauty a peace beyond all understanding. Always present always here. Always here. The peacefulness is always waiting to embrace us. We've left. It's always there. All we have to do is be still. And stop engaging with the world. Stop engaging with our minds. And just be now. No one nothing can keep us from that. As long as we're willing to enter the world of quietness letting go of all the ego thoughts all the ego desires all the ego fears and just be. The mind the ego thinks is protecting us but actually it's keeping us from our home our home of peace our home of pure being. Let's go home now. Because when we're home truly still and present there is peace. We can have it anytime anywhere because it's always there always there. When we pause when we get still there is peace. The peacefulness that truly does surpass all understanding. Peace.
