Your Vibrant Life Meditation Simply listen along and visualize your vibrant life as you go.
You may want to spend a few minutes in stillness afterwards to let the vision integrate further.
This is helpful for getting even more crystal clear on what you want and what matters most to you.
Take a moment to settle in.
Lie on the ground,
Sit cross-legged,
Or find a position that is best for you.
You may even want to go sit outside in the sunshine.
Close your eyes if that feels safe and take your focus to your breath.
Let's start by taking a few deep centering breaths.
Breathing in through your nose and then breathing out slowly.
Letting your exhale be a little bit slower than the inhale.
Now cast your mind forward into the life you want.
Whether that be 1 year from now or 5 years from now,
The specifics are up to you.
Envision that future vibrant you,
Thriving in motherhood and in life.
Take this time to paint a picture of what's to come in detail.
Imagine that you are living a life that supports you to feel happy,
Energized,
And confident.
And even if you aren't feeling that way right now,
Allow your mind to dream and create that future that you want.
And remember,
There are no right or wrong answers here,
It's simply about finding what works best for you.
It's important that you clarify what it is that you want,
And how you want your life to be,
And be specific,
Really specific.
Otherwise you can spend your life drifting and quickly end up getting lost in the exhaustion and overwhelm of tending to everyone else's needs.
So defining what's most important to you and creating a structure based on this is a great way to create the life you want and stay on track.

So picture how you spend the majority of your time and energy in this future.
Notice who is there with you.
And now start to focus on the aspects of your life that are of highest importance to you.
What is this future you prioritizing?
Is she prioritizing herself,
Her family,
Her friends,
Her work?
What other things is she prioritizing?
Visualize the relationship that the future vibrant you has with the people in her life.
Notice how this vibrant you is acting towards your kids,
Towards your partner,
Your friends and family.
And what activities you're doing together.
How are you engaging with your children?
And what positive words would your kids use to describe you?
To describe this thriving vibrant you?
What positive words does your partner use to describe this thriving future you?
And what would your closest friends and family members say are your top qualities?
Now take your focus away from those relationships and into your life more broadly.

Notice how you're spending your time,
What you're spending your energy on,
And where you are.
What are you achieving?
What are you doing in this future life?
What activities,
Hobbies,
Jobs,
What things are filling your cup?
This vibrant you takes impeccable care of herself.
She prioritizes healthy habits because they enable her to do the things she loves and to show up as the best version of herself.
Visualize this future you taking impeccable care of yourself.
What does this look like?
Is it going for walks in nature,
Dancing in the kitchen,
Getting to bed early,
Or sourcing healthy pre-made meals from a local cafe?
What is this future you doing to fully nourish herself and take incredible care of herself so she can show up at her best?
What is something that the vibrant you is doing just for you?
How is this future you keeping your body strong and healthy?
What are you doing to relax?
And how do you bring more joy and fun into your life?
This future you no longer struggles with perfectionism,
Comparison,
Or holds on to old,
Unhelpful identities.
You're able to manage your time and energy without running yourself down.
And that means that you've stopped wasting your time and energy doing unnecessary things.
You may have delegated tasks or divided tasks with your partner and other people in your life.
This vibrant you says yes to support and says no to requests that don't align with her higher self.
So let's look at this in a little bit more detail.
Imagining that vibrant you in the future,
And consider what limiting beliefs,
Societal expectations,
Or cultural norms has she left in the past?
What has she let go of?
This might be that she's let go of the belief that she has to do everything herself,
That she has to say yes to others,
That she has to do everything perfectly,
Or that mothers should be selfless and put their needs last.

What draining habits has this vibrant you let go of?
What is she no longer doing that was wasting her time and energy before?
It might be spending hours on social media,
Staying up too late,
Eating foods that don't support her body.
So consider for yourself,
For this vibrant future you,
What draining habits has she let go of so her energy and her time are no longer wasted on these?
What supports or systems does this vibrant you have in place to help you balance motherhood and all your other roles and responsibilities?
Who is there supporting you?
And get specific here,
Who is supporting you?
And how are they supporting you?
This could be your partner,
Your friends,
Family,
Could be healthcare workers,
Professionals,
Cleaners,
Nannies,
The list is endless.
But take this moment to check in and see what supports that vibrant you has to help her show up as best she can and enjoy her life.
Now let's zoom out and just look at this future life in which you're thriving,
You're energetic,
You're enjoying motherhood,
And you're enjoying your life overall.
Take one more look at this,
How that future you is acting,
How she's treating herself and others,
Who she's with,
What she's doing,
How she's feeling.
Take as long as you like to allow your vision of the future to become crystal clear and sink in.
