And head aligned and relaxed.
Gently close your eyes.
Gradually begin to relax your body.
From your toes to your head,
Take a few deep breaths and allow your body to loosen up and relax.
Wiggle your toes and let them relax.
Let that feeling move up your legs,
Relaxing your legs.
Take a deep breath and relax.
Feel the muscles in your back loosening.
Allow this feeling to move up into your shoulders.
Relaxing them.
Loosen your arms.
Allow them to relax.
Let this feeling move into your fingers,
Completely relaxing them.
Take a deep breath.
Inhale and exhale.
Let the muscles in your neck completely relax.
Let go of any tension.
Relax your facial muscles.
Relax your jaw,
Your lips,
Your eyes,
And your forehead.
Your entire body is completely relaxed.
Take deep breaths in and out.
With each breath,
Feel a sense of strength building inside of you.
And with each exhale,
Completely let go of each and every worry you may be feeling.
Now,
With your body fully relaxed,
And as you take deep breaths in and out,
Remind yourself of this truth.
Tell yourself,
This phase in my life is temporary.
This phase in my life is new to me,
And that is okay.
This phase in my life simply requires an adjustment.
And with this adjustment,
I can overcome it.
Take a deep breath.
Inhale and exhale.

Let the truth of these words resonate throughout your body.
Feel your strength slowly evaporate the challenges you have recently faced.
They are no longer challenges.
