Mind Body Medicine enthusiast, medical school professor, dad, and husband. I got introduced to Mind Body Medicine a few years ago when I did a workshop from the Institute for integrative health. I find MBM techniques very helpful to cope with many daily stressors. I most of all enjoy guided imagery, which is why my contributions are going to focus on this type of imagery.
