Just finding a comfortable way to be,
Allowing yourself to be fully supported,
Allowing the eyes to be heavy,
Just taking a few deep breaths in and out through the nose,
Breathing in,
Breathing out,
Breathing in and breathing out,
Softening the muscles throughout your body,
Just gently scanning,
Allowing yourself to be heavy,
Softening the cheeks,
Opening the jaw,
Allowing the lips to part slightly,
The arms to be heavy,
The shoulders to fall away from the ears,
Opening up the muscles around the chest,
Gently softening all that's held within the belly,
Parting the fingers,
Opening the hips,
Relaxing the knees and feet,
Just letting yourself be fully supported in this moment,
Reminding yourself there's nowhere else to be,
Nothing else to be doing,
Taking a deep breath in through the nose and just letting go on the out-breath,
In through the nose and letting go on the out-breath,
One last in through the nose,
Letting go of any held tension on the out-breath,
Allowing your awareness to come back into the room,
To come back into this moment,
Moving on with your day with just a brief pause.
