Allow yourself an opportunity to become comfortable where you lie.

Soften,

Allow your muscles to become relaxed.

As you close your eyes,

You begin a rhythm of breathing.

Every out-breath,

You release,

Let go,

Feel relaxation,

Every in-breath,

Gentle movement.

Let your breath guide you.

Each in-breath moves you closer.

Each in-breath is your journey into sleep.

Each out-breath,

You soften deeper and deeper and deeper into complete relaxation.

In the space beyond me,

I witness the rhythm of serenity,

The boundless choice of my heart held forth the soul's sweet eternity.

Light casts the glow for darkness and to all of the sacred abundance here before me.

I am present to the sound of my breath.

Its embers and lightness soothe me.

The journey is here,

It is the softening into relaxation,

Into rest,

Into the space of pure awareness.

The ethereal sleep is the soul's witnessing,

Presence,

Peace,

All of the grace that I am.

I am this beautiful life.

I live of its magnificence.

I enter the path of deep remembering.

Love surrounds me.

I draw in the soothing,

Comforting tranquility.

It is all I need.

Love and the comfort of this moment,

This breath,

This instance of pure knowing.

My life is a sacred calling,

To rise above,

To witness my freedom,

To carry forth the instances of my heart's grace,

As the true measures of what I need,

The ethereal sleep,

The endless calling,

Into peace,

Relaxation,

Comfort,

For my body and mind.

For the soul's gentle witnessing.

For life beyond this moment and the next.
