This is a real easy & effective relaxing breathing technique you can use to sooth and calm yourself down at anytime. Here's How: 1. Inhale through your nose 2. Exhale making the sound "Shhhhhhhh" TIPS: When you Exhale making the Shhh sound let it the sound out until you have no more breath left. Try to make each Shhhhhh longer than the last one. If you are somewhere you can't make noise you can do the SHHHH silently/mentally as you exhale.
