Welcome beautiful soul to this inner child meditation where we set the intention to help you connect and heal your inner child.

This is a form of reparenting yourself,

Acknowledging the little child inside of you,

Connecting with,

Honoring and nurturing your inner child,

Validating your inner child's experiences and feelings and providing comfort,

Healing and compassion to bring peace and love and connection to yourself.

Whenever you are ready,

Just make yourself comfortable,

Lay down or sit in a comfortable position,

Close your eyes.

You can place your hands on your heart or on your belly or just place them beside you and start by taking some deep breaths,

Breathing in your nose and out in your mouth.

Just notice how the air is going in and out of your body,

How it's cleansing your body,

Your lungs,

Filling you up with new oxygen,

With new life force energy and in the meantime you are releasing everything that you don't need in your body anymore,

Any feelings,

Emotions,

Thoughts you can release when you are breathing out.

Notice how your chest and belly is moving up and down with every breath you take.

Notice your heart beating.

It's beating for you.

You don't have to do anything.

It's there for you every second of your life.

Don't worry if you have any thoughts racing in your mind.

Just bring back your focus to your breathing,

To the present moment,

To your heart.

Just be present in your body.

Now you don't have to worry about anything,

Stress about anything,

Think about anything.

This is your time that you give to yourself to connect and honor yourself.

And take one more deep breath,

Really connecting with your breathing,

With your heartbeat.

And now we are going to do a visualization about your inner child,

To connect with your inner child,

To comfort,

To heal and to give her or him what she exactly needs.

Now I invite you to imagine in your mind that you are walking on a beautiful path,

It can be on the beach,

In a forest,

By a lake,

Anywhere where you feel comfortable,

Peaceful.

And just walk,

Look around you,

Notice your environment.

What is around you?

What sounds do you hear?

Do you see any animals around you?

Any people?

Do you smell any scents?

Hear any voices?

How are you feeling in this walk?

Just keep walking,

Take it slow,

You don't have to rush anywhere.

And as you are walking from the far distance,

You see a child.

This child is coming towards you.

As you are walking closer and closer,

You start noticing that this child is your inner child,

Is your little self.

And just observe her for a few seconds.

How old is she?

How is your hair?

How is your body,

Your eyes?

Notice your position,

What you are doing.

What clothes are you wearing?

And just notice your presence,

Acknowledge that you see your little self.

Look into her eyes,

Just let her know that you are here,

And she's safe now.

You might want to tell her that you are so happy that she is here.

And now notice how your little self is feeling.

What emotions are coming up for her?

How does it feel to be this little child?

How does she feel?

Is she feeling lonely or supported?

Is she feeling safe?

Or having some fears?

Is she feeling happy and at peace?

Or she's feeling alone and longing for something?

What do you see in your inner child's eyes?

What is the expression when you look deep inside your inner child's eyes?

How is she feeling?

What is the wisdom that is inside of these eyes?

And when it feels right,

Take a step closer to this child.

Offer your hands or your hug,

And just give yourself what you need.

Maybe just holding the hands,

Maybe it's a tight hug,

Maybe just looking into your eyes.

Whatever feels comfortable and peaceful,

Just give it to yourself.

And you may repeat these words.

I'm here for you.

I love you and I accept you just the way you are.

You are perfect.

You are beautiful.

And you didn't do anything wrong.

Nothing is your fault.

You are just a child.

You are not responsible for anything.

I give you now the permission to enjoy your life,

To love,

To live in freedom and joy without the burdens that have been holding you back.

I am here for you now.

I walk with you and I will never leave you.

Ask your inner child,

What does she want to do now?

What would feel good?

Where does she want to be?

And now you have the time and space to take your inner child wherever she wants to go,

Whatever she wants to do.

Just hold her,

Keep her warm and safe in your arms and give yourself the healing,

The nurturing that you have always wanted.

And whenever it feels right and you spend the time with yourself,

With your little self,

Now you can start bringing your inner child with you back to the present moment.

Now that you have made this connection,

You are safe and protected and your inner child is safe and protected with you.

You can show to your inner child that this environment,

This present moment is safe now and tell her the repeated words,

I'm so glad you are with me.

You come first and I will prioritize you,

I prioritize your needs and wants and I let you guide me.

I let you tell me what I need to do.

I let you tell me where I need to go.

I let you guide me to peace,

Freedom and happiness.

Because I know that you are a part of me and I am a part of you.

And together we are one.

We are here to support each other,

Protect each other,

Love each other.

And as you hold and welcome your inner child into your life now,

You can acknowledge that this child and your adult self are all the same.

You are the vulnerable,

Innocent,

Creative,

Free,

Joyful child.

But you are also a strong,

Independent,

Powerful adult.

And you have everything that you need to create a beautiful,

Fulfilled life.

And now just hold your inner child's hand and start walking back on the path that you were coming in the beginning.

Now with this new formed relationship,

Connection,

You both feel safe,

Loved,

Accepted,

Seen and heard.

And you know how to come back to yourself.

You know how to nurture yourself.

You know what you need.

And you know how to listen to your inner child and how to listen to your intuition.

And whenever you are ready,

You can let go of this picture of you and your inner child.

This picture is getting distant.

And you start arriving back in the present moment,

Back in your body,

Back in your space.

And with this new awareness and new connection to your deepest self,

Now you will know how to give yourself what you need,

How to create a safe space for yourself,

A safe environment,

And how to give yourself the love and acceptance that you need.

You can always come back to this meditation and reconnect with your inner child,

Reconnect with yourself.

And whenever you are ready,

You can open your eyes,

You can start moving your fingers and toes and shoulders,

And I welcome you back in this present moment Have a wonderful day.
