Thank you again for joining me in this meditation.

This is the seventh and last installment in the series called Your Meditation Journey.

And this meditation is focused on experiencing oneness,

The connection with the universe and all of life around us.

You've gone through many steps on this journey and we have gone through it together,

From physical relaxation,

To quieting the mind,

To calming emotions and then experiencing peace,

To expanding love and focusing after that on your own spiritual life as you see fit to live it.

So the natural progression is to then experience oneness,

Connection to the limitless nature of who you are and how the universe is.

So let's move into that meditation now.

Take a nice easy breath,

Inhale and then exhale.

And as you exhale,

Feel yourself move into this calmer place.

Exhaling your body,

Calming your mind and emotions.

And another inhale and another exhale,

Nice and easy,

To experience peace and the love that you have for yourself and for all those you care about and for this life itself.

And a final inhale with an easy exhale and letting yourself remember that your spiritual life is yours.

Yours to live,

Yours to empower and nurture,

Yours to decide what's most important and how to go about living your own spirituality.

So as we let go of the breath,

We move to the next step.

And we begin to feel our desire for the limitless.

Our desire for boundless expansion as Sadhguru says.

And begin to feel our sense of unlimited capacity.

Consider all that you've been through in your life,

All the wonderful parts and moments,

All the very challenging and painful and sad occurrences that have happened to you in your life.

Consider how you've bounced back continuously from those difficult times,

How much you've enjoyed the beautiful times,

The love that you felt,

The being held and holding another person,

Your dreams for your life,

The very way that you desire to evolve as a person that brings you to meditation in the first place.

Consider all of this.

And now consider how expansive you must be in order to experience all of this,

In order to feel all of these feelings,

To have all of these thoughts,

To bring forward the dreams of your life,

The vision for your life and to work hard at accomplishing it,

To have hope for your future,

To step into relationship perhaps more than once,

Even though a relationship came to a painful end maybe,

That you may have come back again to relationship,

To caring,

To loving.

Consider that this capacity that you have been expressing throughout your entire life just keeps growing.

Whenever there's a new challenge,

You rise to the occasion and you always have,

Even if you think that you haven't.

Here you are today still undefeated,

Still moving forward,

Still being strong and brave and caring about your life so much that you haven't quit.

And now allow yourself to feel even more expansion at how much we now know about our world.

And all the people in the world and our connection with all these people.

So feel for just a moment what it's been like in your life to go through these difficult times that our world has gone through,

To care about other people all the way across the planet that you don't even know,

To feel love for humanity,

For the animal kingdom,

For the plant kingdom,

For this planet itself.

To love in such a big way that it matters to you what goes on in the world to somebody all the way across the world.

So just for a moment feel that capacity to care at this huge level that you have,

That you experience.

And then move to the next level,

That at times you've had expanded moments of your own consciousness where you have felt the connection,

You have felt limitless and felt the limitlessness of life itself,

Of this universe.

Those moments when you've been ecstatic and danced to your heart's content,

When you've forgiven and moved beyond forgiveness to caring deep in your heart for someone else.

When you have felt,

Looking at the starry sky,

How brilliant it is that we are alive and felt that connection with the universe,

Our galaxy,

The stars beyond,

And just how incredibly huge this cosmos is and that you are a part of that,

You are connected.

And when you've experienced that and experienced the expanded consciousness of that moment,

Feeling the oneness,

That deep and abiding connection with all that is,

You have the capacity for this oneness.

And it makes sense that we all do,

Because we're part of this universe as well.

We're not separate,

We're not disengaged,

We move through it every single day,

We express it,

We experience it.

So this experience of oneness in this universe that interacts with us,

It's a very natural and very real part of who we are as human beings,

Because we are integral parts of this universe.

So experience this oneness,

Feel it in your body and in your heart right this moment.

And if you can't quite feel it,

That's okay.

Just think about it and let the thought become your experience.

Let your imagination picture this oneness.

What is it like for you?

How do you feel it and experience it?

And if it's a thought,

What do you think it's like for you?

What do you think are the ways that you experience it?

It's okay to use your thoughts,

Use your intelligence if you can't picture it,

Or if you struggle with feeling it,

It's okay just to think about it.

So for a moment I'll be quiet and allow you to just experience this greatly expanded consciousness,

This sense of oneness with the entire universe,

With all of who you are as a person,

An integral part of this interactive universe.

Thank you very much.

Just know that this capacity is yours.

You have it,

And you can come back to experiencing the limitlessness of this universe,

Experiencing the oneness that you naturally have with all that is.

You can come back to it anytime you wish,

Because it is yours,

Just like all of us.

So hold this sense of oneness for one more moment.

Feel it in your bones.

You might even smile about it,

Because it's so beautiful.

Hold it for one more moment,

And then let it go.

And keep in mind that all you have to do to come back to this sense of oneness is to remember how limitless you are,

And remember your wonderful,

Expansive connection with this interactive universe,

With all that is.

It's time to bring our meditation to an end.

So come back into the room that you're sitting in.

Come back into your body.

Come back into this time.

And when you're ready,

Open your eyes.
