Ciao and welcome to the full moon meditation.
It's time to release and let go.
This meditation is for everyone.
Maybe you are a moon expert,
Your energy is aligned with moon phases or maybe you can barely recognize that there is the moon in the sky.
This meditation is a reminder that we all need a space,
A moment for releasing whatever no longer serves us.
So please find a comfortable position,
Whatever works for you is just perfect.
There's no right or wrong,
No rules.
As my guide David Ji says,
Comfort is queen.
For this meditation maybe I can suggest you to create your nest,
Take your time,
No rush.
Maybe with some pillows you can light a candle,
You can use your favorite essential oils,
Crystals,
Whatever makes you feel calm,
Safe,
Protected in your nest.
When you feel ready please close your eyes.
Let's take a long slow deep breath in together.
Long slow deep breath in and out.
Another one.
Long slow deep breath in and out.
And the last one together.
A long slow deep breath in and out and let it all go.
And now I invite you to come back to your normal breathing without trying to force it or manipulating.
Just follow your natural rhythm,
Just go with the flow.
And as you inhale and exhale at your own pace I invite you to relax the center of your head and all your face and relax your neck.
Inhale,
Exhale,
Relax your neck.
And now I invite you to relax.
Your shoulders.
The whole torso.
Inhale,
Exhale,
Relax.
Your hips.
And all the lower parts of your body.
Down down down down down to the feet.
Inhale,
Exhale,
Relax.
The whole body.
Inhale,
Exhale,
Relax.
The whole body.
Inhale,
Exhale,
Relax.
The whole body.

Relax.
And now with this deep state of relaxation I invite you to follow my voice.
I invite you to visualize a beach in front of the ocean.
It's night.
Everything is dark.
But there is the light of this huge moon in the sky.
The moonlight.
On the beach.
On the sea.
Around the moon.
You can see the sky.
The water.
The beach around you.
You have a backpack.
And a heavy backpack.
And now you can take off your backpack.
And just for a while you can appreciate the freedom of your body without bringing any heaviness.
You sit down on a beach just in front of the ocean.
Maybe with your feet in the water.
Feeling the waves like a massage.
You open your backpack.
And you see a lot of stones in the backpack.
Different shapes.
Little stones.
Huge stones.
Medium stones.
That's why the backpack was so heavy.
You are surrounded by the moonlight and the sound of the ocean.
So you start to touch the stones in the backpack.
You choose.
There is no right or wrong.
You start to pick the first one.
The first stone.
Maybe it's a little one.
Maybe it's a huge one.
Maybe it's light.
Maybe it's heavy.
You just pick the first one.
Touch the stone.
Feel the stone.
And now think about something,
Someone.
That you don't want anymore in your life and in your journey.
And send that situation,
That person,
That word,
That email,
That relationship into the stone.
From your mind,
From your heart.
Just feel this flow of energy going to the stone,
Into the stone.
Now take the stone and with all the strength that you have,
Throw the stone in the water.
Listen to the sound of the impact of the stone in the water.
Now that stone is just part of the ocean.
You can say goodbye to that heavy situation,
Person,
Relationship,
Thoughts,
Belief that you were carrying in your backpack.
And you start to feel lighter.
You see the moon,
The light of the moon and the sky in the water.
Your feet in the water.
The sound of the sea.
And you are ready for the second stone.
Second stone in your hand.
Think about the situation,
A person,
A feeling,
A belief,
A thought,
An habit that you need and you want to release.
Feel the energy from your mind,
From your heart center flowing into the stone.
Give this energy to the stone.
And when you are ready with all your strength,
Just throw the stone in the ocean.
Inhale,
Exhale.
You feel lighter and lighter.
It's time to take another stone from your backpack.
You know how many stones are in your backpack.
And now take your time for releasing any stone,
Any heaviness by throwing all the stones that you need in the ocean.
You are safe and protected by the moon,
The light,
The water supported by the earth,
The sun.
This is your time,
Your space.
Stone after stone after stone.
You feel lighter and lighter and lighter.
Now the backpack is empty.
And you are light under the light.
Inhale and exhale.
Your freedom,
The protection of the moon.
Inhale the moonlight and exhale the darkness.
You are free.
You don't want anymore that backpack.
Your shoulders are free.
Your body is light.
Your mind is enlightened by the moonlight.
Your heart is open.
You are ready.
For a brand new month.
You just created space for new things,
New opportunities,
Wonderful moments,
New experiences.
Just be proud of yourself.
And now I invite you to say goodbye to the ocean and the beach.
Say goodbye to the moon,
Knowing that the moon is always there for you.
As a gentle reminder that when is full,
It's time to release and let go of the stones of your life.
Inhale,
Exhale.
I invite you to bring your awareness back to your body.
Just feel your whole body.
Now gently move your feet,
Your fingers,
Your hands,
Your neck.
And whenever you feel ready,
Please open your eyes.
