Hello this is Domini Drew with the Art of Attraction and Inner Evolution and this is a 5 minute body scan.

Let's begin.

Let yourself bring your awareness to your breath.

Try not to change it in any way but just notice.

If you don't alter it at all how far down your body does your breath come on its own?

Maybe it's stopping in your chest.

Maybe it's coming down to your third chakra,

To your solar plexus or maybe into your belly.

Just notice.

And now let yourself notice if it flows in evenly from the left side of your body to the right.

Or if naturally on its own it flows more easily on one side than the other.

Then check in and notice if it flows in evenly from the front of your body to the back.

Check in now more deeply below the breath past the line where you see it stopping.

What do you notice there that might be blocking your breath?

Just let yourself be curious.

Any judgments come up if you notice tension and then you hear yourself thinking oh there shouldn't be tension there just observe that judgment and then let it go.

Always coming back to the place where we trust there is tension there there is a reason for it so just in allowing it to be there and we're just noticing.

Bringing your awareness down to the tops of your legs.

Checking in with this part of your body.

How are you legs?

Moving into the knees.

Noticing if there are words that come to you from these parts of your body.

Sensations,

Images,

Impressions.

Everything is welcome.

Just practice noticing.

Then allow your awareness to come further down into your calves.

Notice this part of your body.

And now taking the next step of noticing your reaction to this part of your body.

How do you feel about your calves?

Is this an area of your body where you struggle that causes you a lot of difficulty or hindrance in your life?

If so practice sending some love,

Some acceptance.

Practice coming to this place of trust where on this journey of life whatever tension or struggle you experience is here for your learning benefit.

In this way and also if this part of your body has never caused you any problems let yourself feel real gratitude.

Real thankfulness and appreciation for the effortlessness this part of your body provides you.

Moving down to your ankles.

How do you feel about your ankles?

What impressions from the past have you put on them?

What have you decided based on what other people have told you about your ankles or about theirs?

See if you can let all of that go and just experience your ankles here in the moment just as they are.

Moving back down even further to your feet let yourself feel gratitude and appreciation for your feet.

They carry you every day.

They do what they need to do.

They take you all sorts of places.

Let yourself feel real gratitude not just thinking gratitude or a thought.

I appreciate them but let yourself feel it.

Let yourself send it to your feet and then let your awareness take in your whole body as a whole.

This is you in the moment.

You are a glorious being of light.

Let yourself breathe that in.

Hold that breath and release it.

This is you.

Feel gratitude for you.
