Hello beautiful soul.

Welcome.

Let's jump right in with some nurturing breaths.

Inhale,

Peace flows in.

Exhale,

Fear flows out.

Inhale,

Relaxation flows in.

Exhale,

Stress flows out.

Inhale,

Calm flows in.

Exhale,

Worry flows out.

Inhale,

Tranquility flows in.

Exhale,

Anxiety flows out.

Continue to take nice deep full breaths as I share the following affirmations.

I am safe.

I can choose peace rather than this.

The universe supports me.

I choose to feel calm.

This moment will pass.

I can handle whatever comes my way.

I let go of control and focus on joy.

I honor this moment as it is instead of trying to make it conform to my wishes.

I choose positive nurturing thoughts.

I will be okay.

I choose to be optimistic.

I am patient with myself.

I take things one step at a time.

I am fully present in this moment.

This too shall pass.

I can do this.

My body is calm.

I am free to choose happiness.

I am kind and loving towards myself.

I have all the tools that I need.

What I am experiencing is only temporary.

This is not an emergency.

It's okay for me to take my time.

I let go of tension.

I am safe and supported.

I choose not to worry about the things I cannot control.

I am strong,

Capable,

And resilient.

I choose peace over perfection.

I am allowed to be happy no matter what is going on around me.

I lean in with faith,

Ready to take the next step when the time comes.

No storm lasts forever.

I am at ease.

I embrace optimism.

I fill my mind with positive thoughts.

I am always enough.

I can get through this.

I do not have to believe the thoughts in my head.

I am in charge of how I feel and right now I choose to feel happy.

I focus on what I can control and release the rest.

I let go in faith and trust that my highest and best outcomes are unfolding.

This was very soothing. I have a hard time with affirmations because sometimes they feel forced. I didn’t get that feeling. These are things I actually would say to myself. I found it beautiful.
