Let's begin with breathing.
We're going to do Horsey Lips.
So that will sound like this.
We'll inhale deeply and exhale.
Exhale.
One more.
Inhale and exhale.
Beautiful.
Gently roll your shoulders back.
Inhaling as you squeeze the shoulders up to the ears and exhaling as you press them back and down.
I love taking care of my body.
My body responds beautifully to this loving care.
Let's reverse the direction of your shoulder rolls.
Take the shoulders forward.
Beautiful and relax the shoulders down.
Let's move into some neck circles.
Take this at your own pace.
Continue to breathe.
When I say yes to myself and my needs,
My energy always increases and I feel wonderful.
Go ahead and reverse the direction.
And relax.
Inhale your arms up overhead and exhale as you side bend to your right.
Nice big side stretch.
Breathing into the left side body.
Inhale come back to center.
Exhale take it over to the left.
Breathing into the right side body.
Inhale come back to center.
Bring the palms together and exhale hands come to the heart.
Inhale the arms up.
Exhale swan dive all the way down into a forward fold.
Feel free to bend your knees here as generously as you like.
I am eternally youthful and vibrant.
Now grab your elbows with your hands and gently sway side to side.
Divine love expressing through me now draws to me all that is needed to make me happy and fulfilled.
Release your hands down.
Inhale lift up halfway coming to a flat back.
Exhale back into your forward fold.
Inhale bring it all the way up arms come up overhead.
Palms come together and exhale the hands to the heart.
Take a nice deep breath in and blow it out.
Beautiful inhale the arms up.
Exhale swan dive forward coming to your forward fold.
Interlace your fingers behind your back and inhale your arms up and overhead.
Shake your head yes,
Shake your head no.
Gently release your hands down.
Inhale lift up halfway coming to a flat back.
Exhale fold.
Inhale bring it all the way up arms come up overhead.
Palms come together maybe you take a small back bend here if that feels good.
And exhale the hands to the heart.
Beautiful one more time inhale the arms up.
Exhale come all the way down to your fold.
Now from here gently heel toe your feet apart coming into a nice wide legged stance with your toes pointed forward.
Once you get there place your right hand down on the ground and gently inhale the left arm up for a twist.
Nice deep breath here.
Exhale release the left hand down and we'll switch sides.
Inhale the right arm up for a twist.
Exhale release it down.
Pause here in your fold breathing let any stress or worries roll right off your back.
And now heel toe your feet back together take your time be gentle.
Inhale lift up halfway flat back.
Exhale fold.
Inhale sweep it all the way up palms come together maybe you take a small back bend.
And exhale the hands to the heart.
