Grounded and trust.

Find a quiet,

Comfortable place to sit or lie down.

Close your eyes gently and bring your attention to your breath.

Feel each inhale fill your lungs,

Expanding your chest,

And notice each exhale release any tension you may be holding in your body.

Breathe in deeply and let go slowly.

Now let's begin.

As you settle into this space,

Allow yourself to connect with the earth beneath you.

Imagine gentle roots growing from your body,

Extending down into the ground.

These roots carry your energy deep into Mother Earth,

Anchoring you to her steady,

Unwavering presence.

Feel how solid and stable the ground is,

Always there to support you,

Just as it has supported all life for millennia.

With every breath,

You can feel yourself becoming more grounded,

More connected.

Each inhale draws in strength and each exhale releases any tension,

Any anxiety lingering in your body.

Pause for a moment here.

Allowing yourself to breathe slowly and deeply.

Now bring to mind an image of warm,

Golden sunlight.

This light is soft,

Radiant,

And healing.

It gently pours over you,

Starting at the crown of your head and slowly descending your entire body.

Imagine it touching your skin and sinking into every muscle,

Permeating every cell,

And dissolving any stress and physical tightness that remains.

Feel the light washing away all worry,

All the uncertainty.

It melts the weight of everything you've carried with you on this journey,

All the ups and downs,

All the questions and waiting.

Allow that light to soften your heart,

Soften your mind.

As it spreads warmth through your body,

Inviting you to relax and trust.

Now visualize yourself standing in a beautiful meadow surrounded by nature.

The air is fresh,

Filled with the scent of wildflowers,

And you hear the soft rustling of trees in the breeze.

This place is peaceful,

Safe,

And serene.

As you stand here,

The sun continues to shine down,

Filling you with a sense of ease,

And you notice that the earth beneath your feet is strong,

Steady,

And rising up to meet you.

In this meadow,

You feel completely at ease.

Everything you need is right here.

You are whole,

Exactly as you are.

And now you can release the need to control or hold on to what has passed.

You can let it go,

Like leaves floating on a gentle stream.

Take a moment to breathe deeply again,

Allowing yourself to fully release.

Gently place your hands over your lower abdomen,

Where so much of your body's wisdom resides.

Feel the warmth of your hands and the healing light flowing into this space.

Trust in your body.

Trust in its ability to work in perfect harmony with the process that is unfolding.

Your body knows what to do.

Every breath you take supports this process,

Calming your heart and nourishing your spirit.

You,

My friend,

Are strong.

You are capable.

And now you can rest in the knowledge that you are supported by the care of others,

By the love that surrounds you,

And by the deep wisdom within your own body.

As you stand in this meadow under the golden light,

Take a few more breaths and feel the peace of this moment.

Notice how the light,

The earth,

And the air all work together to bring you comfort and ease.

There is nothing you need to do but be present,

Be open,

And have faith in the beautiful mystery of life unfolding.

When you are ready,

Take a few deep breaths,

Gradually bringing your awareness back to your surroundings.

Gently wiggle your fingers and toes,

Feeling the earth beneath you again.

With each breath,

Carry with you the warmth,

Trust,

And ease you've cultivated here.

And as you open your eyes,

Know that you are exactly where you need to be and that all is well.
