Welcome to the water dream.
Serenity is what we really seek.
Peace is what we really want.
How many of us are achieving both of these at the same time?
It is so difficult in the days that we live to find the time to give peace to our minds,
To give serenity to the day.
We must invest in us.
We must invest in our time.
You must invest in you.
These investments create wealth and health like you've never known before.
We must take these times in the day to give back to the soul that provides you life.
So as we begin,
Take a deep cleansing breath and release.
Let's energize the body and take a deep breath while cleansing the mind.
And release.
Feel the air enter your mind.
Release.
Release.
As you begin to unwind and relax,
Adjust your neck.
Roll your head.
Calm your shoulders.
Feel the stress in the shoulders release.
Your arms becoming heavy.
The mind and head feel heavy.
Relax your back.
Begin to feel your hips and legs.
And release the tension in those as well.
Breathe in.
And relax.
I would like for you to visualize something that may help you relax.
If you're not laying down,
I want you to envision that you are.
If you are laying down,
Place your arms to the side.
Laying perfectly flat.
Legs drawn flat to the floor.
Imagine yourself now rolling your hips a little.
Switching your legs up and down.
Rolling your shoulders.
And relax.
I want you to picture yourself in your mind's eye.
Looking down upon yourself.
Imagine what you look like looking down upon your face.
Like a mirror looking down upon your body.
Shoulders looking at your chest.
Torso your legs.
Feet looking at your hands.
What you may notice is that you're looking at you.
Not the clothes that you're wearing.
Not the jewelry that you're wearing.
Not the makeup.
Nothing.
All you're looking at is the body form.
This is a special moment for you to realize that none of those other things are actually you.
When you look at yourself,
All you see is the body form.
And for some of us,
The energy glow emanating from within.
Breathe in this image of you.
Blow air over the peace and calm of who you are.
Imagine yourself now laying on this floor.
Could be a grassy bed.
Could be a hard floor.
Could be a bed.
However you picture yourself.
All around you is a small swell of water that begins to rise up to your body.
Slowly trickling in beneath you.
Coming up to the edge of your body skin.
Touching the back of your head.
Cool.
Wet water.
You feel it now along your back.
You can see it rising up.
Touching back your legs.
It heals your feet.
As it rises,
You begin to float on top of this water.
The water is dark.
Green.
Water.
Calm.
Relaxing.
Floating.
Your body is light and buoyant.
You can picture yourself now.
The water coming up to your ears.
Your hands may stretch as it floats on top of the water.
Breathe in.
And relax.
You'll begin to notice that the water is climbing.
The water continues to rise and begins to cover your chest and your stomach.
Your hip and your legs fall beneath the break of the water.
The water continues to rise just over your toes.
Your head being the last thing as the water begins to rise.
You take another deep breath in.
And as you inhale,
The water begins to rise over your face.
You're submersed now in this water.
Take a deep breath right now.
And exhale.
You are safe.
You realize that you can breathe underwater.
Take a deep breath.
And release.
With every inhale and every release,
You fall a little bit deeper into this water.
Like a free fall,
Your body begins to sink into this water.
As you breathe in and release,
The water in this floating,
As you watch your body sink through this water,
Is calm,
Gently floating down deeper.
Your ears are muffled by the water.
Your mind at peace.
There is something so quiet and peaceful about this water.
With your mind's eye,
You look up and you can see the light reflecting off the surface of the water above you as you continue to fall.
Until you feel the touch of the bottom against your butt.
Your back rolling to being flat again.
Your head leaning back.
Your legs falling flat again.
You breathe in.
As you release,
You see the bubbles escape from your lips.
Your mind at peace.
The water currents.
You feel them gently combing your body's skin.
There's nothing in this water but you.
There is nobody crushing in on your day.
There is no noise.
There is only the sound of the bubbles steeping your lips.
As you breathe in,
And release,
Enjoy the moment of silence.
You'll notice that the water now the current is now pushing past through your legs through your fingers and arms as the water level begins to lower.
The surface of the water seems to come closer to you.
Water's current is washing away any of the thoughts you might have had.
The hurts and hangups you might be holding as it's cleansing your body.
The water continues to flush past your skin across the calm face.
The water continues to lower down as you become closer and closer to the surface with each breath.
Breathe in and release.
The water level coming up just above your lips.
Your face breaches the water surface.
The warmth of the light warming your body.
The water beads off your legs drips down your feet.
Pulls into your chest.
Pulls your hair back.
Your face feeling fresh.
Your mind at rest.
Breathe.
Breathe for this moment of serenity is yours.
This moment of security and peace is yours.
As you look at your body,
Clean,
Fresh,
Rejuvenated,
Return to the body form.
What you're of self from looking at your body to being inside your body.
Return the energy by focusing in on your heart.
Breathe in to energize your heart chakra.
Feel your arms.
Feel your torso,
Your legs.
Feel the energy flowing through your body now.
Feeling refreshed.
Warmth by the light.
Breathe in and energize your body.
And release.
Stay in this moment of union between yourself and the real you within your body.
