Guided Meditation for Goals.
Subpersonality journey.
Let's start by closing our eyes and taking a deep breath in through the nose.
Now slowly let it out through the nose.
Take another deep breath.
And slowly let it out.
Relax your shoulders,
Allowing them to droop downward.
Relax your body.
And let it sink into your chair.
Now imagine that you are sitting in a beautiful meadow next to a mountain.
Feel the soft green grass.
See the colorful wildflowers.
In the clear blue sky.
Feel the peace and tranquility all around you.
Now imagine that you see a part of yourself coming to greet you in the meadow.
This is a part of you.
That is experiencing doubt,
Fear,
Or frustration.
With your current situation.
This part of you is not yet in alignment.
With your vision of what you want.
Allow this part of you to come closer.
What does this part of you look like?
What age is it?
How is it dressed?
As you observe this subpersonality,
Feel compassion for it.
This part of you is trying its best to assist you in some way.
But it doesn't know who you have become.
And it doesn't see your new goals.
Or your visions for what you want to create.
Is operating based on a program of who you used to be.
It's as if it is stuck in the past.
Now look into the eyes of the subpersonality.
Look with great compassion.
Ask it.
What good thing are you trying to do for me?
Listen closely to the answer.
Now ask the subpersonality if it would be willing to walk with you.
Or fly.
Or skip or dance to the top of the mountain.
Enjoy your journey up the mountain.
When you reach the top,
Show the subpersonality the view.
The big picture view of your life.
This is how much you have grown.
This is the wider perspective that you now have of your life.
Turn to the subpersonality and show it a vision of your goals.
Now I'd like you to think of something that you want to accomplish in the next month.
Now think of something you want to accomplish in the next six months to a year.
Finally,
Think of something you want to accomplish.
The next three to five years.
Now turn to the subpersonality and ask for help in accomplishing these goals.
Think about the role that this part of you is playing in your life.
How it was trying to help you.
Even though it wasn't working very well.
And then think of a new role.
That the subpersonality can perform.
To help you accomplish your goals.
This part of you now knows how to create the success and happiness that you want.
It is now ready to work with you in achieving your goals.
Embrace your subpersonality with love.
Feel gratitude and affection for this part of you.
Your subpersonality is now going to give you three new ways that you can become more successful in achieving your goals.
It is joyful and eager to fulfill its new assignment.
Look and see the ways that this part of you is going to help you.
Trust that the subpersonality knows how to help you.
Even if you don't yet know.
It may come to you at a later time.
Like while you're meditating.
Or in dreams.
Or while you are doing something simple like exercising.
Showering,
Or looking in the mirror.
Now it's time to walk back down the mountain to the meadow.
Enjoy your journey back to the meadow.
Now imagine that it is six months from today.
Have reached your goal,
Or you have reached a milestone.
In your journey towards your goal.
Your subpersonality has been working successfully with you.
How is your life different now?
Spend some time daydreaming.
About the changes that you have experienced in your life.
As you imagine this future scenario.
You are connected with your future self.
Feel the power and strength of your future self.
Let your future self send you a message.
A message of confidence.
What is that message?
Feel the peace and confidence.
Knowing that you can accomplish your goals.
With the help of both your future self and your subpersonality.
You feel the unity and oneness of all parts of you.
Past and present.
Present.
And future.
They all work together for your good.
Now it is time to come back from the meadow.
Bring your awareness back to the room you are sitting in.
Feel your body sitting in your chair.
When you are ready,
Slowly open your eyes Stretch.
Come back to the present moment.
