Welcome,

Dear friends,

To this journey of inner exploration and renewal.

As we embrace the energy of this new lunar cycle,

A time of renewal and possibility,

Let us take a moment to connect with the inner wisdom that resides within.

My name is Diana.

I am a Mind-Body Connection coach and a meditation teacher.

In this meditation,

We will journey inward,

Releasing the past,

Connecting with the elements and setting powerful intentions for the year ahead.

During this time,

We will explore different techniques,

Including guided imagery,

Breathwork and affirmations to cultivate inner peace,

Release negativity and connect with our inner wisdom.

Allow yourself to relax,

Let go of any distractions and simply be present with your breath.

Let us begin this sacred journey together.

Find a comfortable seated or lying position,

Allowing yourself to sink gently into the support beneath you.

Close your eyes and begin to notice the rhythm of your breath,

The gentle rise and fall of your chest.

With each inhale,

Draw in the fresh energy of the new moon.

And with each exhale,

Release any tension or negativity that may be lingering within.

Now,

Let us expand our awareness to include the sounds around you.

Listen to the rustling of the leaves,

The chirping of birds,

The distant hum of the traffic.

Notice the sounds without judgment,

Simply observing them as they are.

Now,

Let us gently bring our awareness to the sensations of your body.

Feel the weight of your body pressing against the support beneath you.

Notice the points of contact between your body and the surface.

Allow yourself to relax and sink deeper into this state of ease.

Imagine the lunar new year as a time of profound renewal,

Mirroring the moon's own cycle of waxing and waning.

Just as the moon sheds its light,

We too can shed the burdens of the past,

The disappointments,

The regrets,

The limiting beliefs that no longer serve us.

This is a time to release the old and embrace the new,

To plant the seeds of our intentions for the year to come.

Just as the moon influences the tides and the rhythms of nature,

It also subtly influences our own energy levels and emotional states.

The new moon,

A time of darkness and stillness,

Offers a potent opportunity for introspection and renewal.

Like the fertile ground awaiting the first rays of sunlight,

The new moon invites us to plant the seeds of our intentions.

During this phase,

Our subconscious mind is more receptive,

Making it an ideal time to set goals,

Visualize our desires and cultivate the energy to manifest our dreams.

Now,

Let's gently release any lingering negativity from the past year.

Bring to your mind a specific situation from the past year that you would like to release.

Perhaps it's a difficult conversation,

A missed opportunity,

A feeling of regret or disappointment.

You may work with one or a few situations.

Take a moment to reflect on this experience.

Visualize this experience as a dark cloud in the sky,

Slowly dissolving and dissipating into the vast expanse of the sky.

Allow yourself to release any judgment and any self-criticism,

Any lingering resentment associated with this experience.

Remember,

It is okay to have negative emotions.

These emotions are a part of the human experience.

Instead of judging yourself or feeling these emotions,

Offer yourself compassion and understanding.

Forgive yourself for any perceived shortcomings and extend kindness to yourself,

Just as you would to a dear friend.

Now,

Take a few deep breaths,

Allowing the release to settle within you.

Continue this breathing pattern,

Inhaling deeply and exhaling slowly,

Visualizing negativity and tension leaving your body with each exhale.

Feel a sense of lightness and release as you continue this gentle breath work.

With each exhale,

You are creating space within yourself for peace,

Joy and new beginnings.

Now,

Let us connect with the powerful energies of nature,

Drawing upon their wisdom and support.

Imagine your roots growing deep into the earth,

Like the sturdy roots of a mighty oak tree.

Feel the grounding energy of the earth anchoring you to the present moment.

Providing you with stability and support.

Sense the nourishing energy of the earth rising up through your roots,

Filling you with strength and vitality.

Now,

Visualize a gentle stream flowing through you,

Washing away any negativity,

Fear or doubt.

Imagine these emotions and feelings as clouds dissolving in the clear blue sky,

Carried away by the gentle current.

Feel the cleansing power of this flowing water,

Leaving you feeling refreshed and renewed.

Now,

Ignite your inner fire,

The spark of passion,

Creativity and motivation within you.

Imagine this inner fire burning brightly like a radiant sun,

Fueling your aspirations and dreams.

Feel the warmth of this inner fire,

Igniting your enthusiasm and propelling you forward with renewed energy and purpose.

Inhale deeply,

Drawing in fresh,

Revitalizing air,

Just as the earth breathes in and out.

Feel the lightness and freedom of this energy.

Expanding your consciousness and opening you to new possibilities.

Imagine your mind as a clear blue sky,

Boundless and expansive,

Filled with limitless potential.

Connect with the vastness of space,

A boundless expanse of stars and galaxies.

Feel the expansiveness of your own being,

Mirroring the vastness of the universe.

Know that within you resides the same infinite potential,

The same capacity for growth and transformation as the cosmos itself.

Allow yourself to drift into a future vision of yourself,

A year from now.

Visualize your surroundings.

Where are you?

Are you in a bustling city,

A serene countryside or a tranquil beach?

What do you see,

Hear and smell?

Now,

Let's add some specific details to this vision.

What are you doing?

Are you painting a picture,

Playing music or spending time with loved ones?

Feel the sensations.

How does your body feel?

Are you energized and vibrant or calm and content?

Notice the subtle shifts in your posture,

The lightness in your step,

The ease in your breath.

Experience your emotions.

What emotions are you feeling?

Joy?

Excitement?

Peace?

Gratitude?

Allow these positive emotions to wash over you,

Filling your being with a sense of warmth and contentment.

Reflect on your accomplishments.

What have you achieved?

Have you mastered a new skill,

Launched a creative project or deepened a meaningful relationship?

Imagine the details of your success.

What does it look like?

What does it feel like?

Who is there to celebrate with you?

Consider your growth.

Have you grown as a person?

Are you more confident,

More compassionate,

More authentic?

Have you overcome challenges that once held you back?

Visualize your ideal self.

What kind of person have you become?

Are you living with more purpose,

More joy,

More authenticity?

Allow this vision of your future to permeate every cell of your being.

Feel the excitement of the possibilities that lie ahead.
