I'm really glad to see you here in our room I would like you guys of course to share a few words about yourselves Where you're from whether it is your first time to join our live events here on inside timer or probably not Well,

How are you feeling this sunday?

And of course i'll mention a few words about me.

My name is diana I am a mind-body connection teacher a meditation teacher and a psychosomatic specialist I'm,

Sorry in advance for my voice.

Sometimes I might lose it.

I'm I got a little bit sick this weekend But anyway,

I'm very excited to gather together and I Decided not to cancel this event because I was really really um Looking forward to that and to connecting with all of you guys So the title of our live event today is discovering your true self as a foundation for improving your life This is what i'm paying great attention to in my coaching and when i'm working with people in person with my clients whether in group sessions or individual sessions and It is something that I really want to share with you guys this week because it resonated with me personally a lot During the whole week and I was thinking that well,

Probably I should have a talk about that and we should all discuss it together well,

Of course I would like to mention as always if you guys have any questions during our Our live event if you would like to share your opinion if you disagree with something,

So I will know a bit if you guys are sort of in the context or maybe I should pay some extra attention to Repeating some sort of stuff.

Well,

Of course in the beginning.

I can start with the first point I have sort of a plan of the things that I would like to Highlight to discuss with you guys today and at the end of our event,

There will be a guided meditation On how to connect with your core with your true self So this is what we will dedicate our time today right,

I woke up today in the mood feeling that I just want to well to share this space to share the energy,

Um On insight timer with you guys.

I saw that many of you have uh subscribed to Attend this event and I was thinking well,

Uh also in the description of this life event.

I think you guys might have read it before in advance Uh,

Let me just read the quote of it We are flooded with a message about unlocking our potential and achieving our dreams But the journey often feels blurry and overwhelming And what is the missing piece?

So that is a bit of an irony because I have A course here on insight timer called um called unlocking your potential and well that is a course dedicated to working with your emotional states and With embodying the new experience But what is the missing piece in our today's discussion?

I find this piece to be the true self and We have already discussed it a bit in In previous life events,

And i'm sure that we all have an idea of a true self authentic self of us as beings individuals of our personalities,

But uh even for me um Having worked so many years with clients and of course having a lot of personal experience it is still difficult from time to time or in some periods of my life to connect to my true self to my authenticity and It is completely normal.

First of all because we are all human beings and we are affected By life by others we are living fully and to find this balance we have to still find and carve the time to Find ourselves again because on the other hand we are always Ever changing so that is a good balance,

Uh in my opinion to find Defined in life speaking generally Well elena,

Thank you so much for participating Well,

And i'm sure that All of us as we are gathered on this mindfulness Application on insight timer.

We all know that present moment awareness is Fundamental to create a fulfilling life.

So this is as I see At the foundation of any changes And we know that by Staying present we can make conscious choices And make the decisions that Are true to us.

We can appreciate good things.

We can be grateful And we can navigate challenges of life in a much easier way but how do we Become present and how do we most importantly stay present?

So of course it takes a lot of Um a lot of practice and a lot of effort and dedication,

Especially if you are still in the beginning of this way and My answer to that is by passing through all of the layers of our conscious mind Past all of our worries anxiety some sort of problems or Overwhelming emotions overwhelming probably in a positive way Being after After even very happy moments our lives from everything that distracts us probably Something that pulls us to stay at the surface of life,

Which is also great.

It is one of the aspect of lives that Um,

We all have and I really appreciate as well Well,

There is something that prevents us from exploring these depths of life And all of these things that are going around sort of creating the noise around us this is what probably stops us from Coming closer to ourselves and from getting to know our true selves and when we can pass Probably one by one slowly step by step all of these Distracting layers We can pass through them we find Ourselves who we truly are We find ourselves in the present moment and this is I think the the most important and grounding experience that we can ever have And here I would like to hear from you guys whether you would feel the same way whether you sort of agree with me or especially if you think differently if you perceive life differently And think about the subject that we are talking about now differently.

I'm always open to the discussion to other views and perspectives And also,

I would like to ask you guys about your experience how easy or how difficult it may be to you to stay in the present moment to To connect to yourself maybe what helps you or What is challenging for you?

In this process Once again,

Let me repeat The question whether it is difficult or easy challenging or habitual to stay for you guys in the present moment and What helps you to do that or which parts are?

Challenging And it is a good opportunity to take a few mindful breaths in and out to Arrive into the present moment into our space A Bit deeper Well,

Let me first share my experience at um at some periods Of my life at some moments.

It is extremely difficult to me to stay in the present moment Uh,

Because I find myself Being in the middle of a Snowball of some of the tasks that I have to resolve especially as my lifestyle now is being a digital nomad,

So I change the locations quite frequently.

I travel a lot and meeting many people Not only through throughout a few weeks,

But throughout a few months and these Little moments sort of distract me from just being present and grounded Even though of course I chose this lifestyle for myself um,

And I cannot and I do not complain about that,

But I just realized that yeah,

That is Distracting me from From just being right here right now but on the other hand due to all this new experiences,

Um Settling down in a new place regularly It sort of draws me to stay present and appreciate the moment because it is often changing So again,

I find balance for myself in this process so This is probably what Distracts me and helps me to be in the present moment,

So I guess If to put it more clearly all of the things That buzz around me They create some sort of a noise which sometimes can be challenging probably too much and in these moments when I realize that I I come back.

I I Sort of force myself to stop for a moment to Look at everything from another perspective We will talk about this perspective,

Uh in the next in the next part of our event and And ground myself and here and now Yes So that is how my experience have been lately Has been lately and um,

Of course if any of you guys would like To share what helps you what challenges you What challenges you to stay?

In the present moment to be connected to your true self,

I would assume that you guys Feel what i'm talking about probably It is easy for you to understand.

And I guess we can move to the next point that I highlighted for myself to cover during our life event And if we want to to stay present to be in the moment to To stay connected to ourselves to the core of who we are We need to find that part of us that is always there that is always present That is always Grounded the part of us that is not affected by anything that is going around at this moment no matter what happens and This is the part of us that I dedicate a lot of work to in my sessions with clients in finding this part in Identifying this part because every one of us has this part,

But probably not all of us um have Consciously acknowledged that and are aware of that or know how to work with that part The part that is bigger Than any of our fears or any of our hesitations the part of us that Sometimes can act as an observer So we can work with all of our different parts as we are So rich from the inside beings.

We have many parts many Let's say personalities inside of us that either Stay active or a bit more passive depending on what is going on and which stage of our lives we are or Depending on the part of life.

We are now working with so This biggest part of us this let's say our big Personality it gives us strength It gives us confidence and peace And this is the part that we should Identify that we should find that we should connect with and that Becomes the base the foundation On which we can actually build something on which we can become somebody who we truly want to be Of course i'm sure that all of us here We are aiming at self-growth that We would like to develop ourselves in certain way and Simply speaking.

We would like to become better the best versions of ourselves and that is amazing That is what drives me personally as well to Uh to work to leave to engage In the activities to wake up in the morning But again to become the best versions of ourselves to To become the vision of ourselves that we see for us in the future.

We have first to To connect to who we are right now to become the real us authentic us and This biggest part of us that i'm talking about That will help us to follow our direction in life to fulfill our dreams,

But not somebody's expectations to follow our hearts,

But not the programs or Beliefs that we got from the society to be Us to be the true you So that is the part that we will connect to at the end of our today's live event in the meditation So,

Please guys also let me know your feedback whether everything that I was just Saying resonates whether you feel differently How you feel right now?

Let's take A fulfilling breath in appreciate the space The time And a slow breath out to arrive more fully into the present moment Thank you guys for your hearts.

So As I understand it today Uh you guys we are probably all in a sort of Accepting state just accepting but As I feel it probably feeling calm at peace with what's going on right now Yeah,

So not that active probably to To share which is absolutely fine Thank you for just being here and for Joining our space today right at any point If you guys would like to express yourself The comment section is here well,

And Once again when we are speaking about this big part That is what I start the work with the clients with in the beginning no matter which request they They have to solve to work on in our And our sessions and our programs I mean long-term programs a few sessions with one client Because their goals their Expectations can be various probably about their professional life,

You know professional growth or on the other hand just dealing with anxiety and Getting more stability in life and for some it can be just overcoming some health condition because As I mentioned I am a psychosomatic specialist.

So I also work with With these sort of questions Healing the body based on the mind body work and the scientific neuroscience Knowledge that we are getting nowadays So no matter what requests of the client is the foundation is first to connect or to find Your true self who you are at this moment at this stage of your life and That might be a good question How do we find ourselves and how do you find that?

Biggest part that will help us to move forward to develop ourselves.

Well,

Certainly There are lots of different ways and depending on each person it will vary depending on The previous experience of a client of a person on their personal preferences on what works best for them specifically But of course my favorite is combining the mind and body work because I find it the most powerful yet Method of working of solving some sort of situations of growing As a psychosomatic specialist.

I see that it is impossible to separate One from another the mind and the body and that is basically what my coaching is about and here on insight timer,

I also have a Course on how to build the mind body connection So if it guys resonates with you if it is probably something that you are curious about or would like to explore more and deeper I invite you to have a look at that course and It is quite a wide one.

So there are various techniques that you will practice Daily or at your own pace.

There are 13 if i'm not mistaken meditations so you will explore and build and deepen the mind body connection within yourself so you can check that out after our event and Of course,

They're having any questions from you guys But if I were to give you the essence Something that you could practice on your own on how to Connect with your authentic part with that big part of your personality That would be just maybe a few techniques That would help you not only to to find yourself but also to uh to build something on that foundation to improve your life to develop to help you develop yourself in a particular probably area of your life and This is actually what i'm working on at the moment Uh on developing the course that will have these a few techniques I think there will be seven or eight of them uh that will first on the first day of the course as I said to Help you to help you feel your essence your core And to maintain this connection throughout the whole course when you will be practicing other techniques,

It will cultivate a strong foundation And of course the present moment awareness and As I mentioned i'm still working on this course.

It is still in development and Uh,

I think it will be out in a couple of weeks and This is As I see the whole course is dedicated Generally to improving the quality of life because as I mentioned we start from the foundation and we begin to build what you want Working with the techniques practicing them regularly and again when you enter the course it will be You can have any request for yourself anything that That you are working on at the moment in your life something that you would like to improve or to explore deeper uh,

And i'm sure that Here is the key moment if you practice regularly those techniques it will definitely help you to to improve the quality of A sphere of your life of a few spheres or just the quality of life in general um,

I'm glad that you are just enjoying our life event I think that's the main purpose of connecting here with all of you guys for me just to Just to be present just to share Right and you mentioned that it is snowing heavily Well,

Actually i'm now in argentina and it is summer quite hot today and it is the second winter that I I miss the winter season Myself,

So I miss snow so much So I hope you truly appreciate the snow you have at the moment Yes,

I will definitely give it a deep thought and probably create some Meditation some technique to work through this um right perfect and also I guess it is suitable to mention that On my page there is a meditation how to live through heavy Emotions so there is a specific technique when we are working again with the mind and the body to to ground ourselves Uh in the moment when we needed the most probably so,

I believe it is called living through heavy emotions Um,

Yes,

The official language,

Of course is spanish in major cities Quite a few people speak english,

Which is I would say generally not common for south america but um,

If you guys do not speak any foreign language,

That would be Pretty comfortable to you I can guess right,

But me myself.

I In the beginning of my life here in south america,

I had to learn spanish as a baby because it was not Not possible to communicate with locals in the place where I was living first,

Right?

Exactly.

And Um Let me see if there is something else I would like to mention before we move on to our practice to the meditation Right again if you guys,

Um have some Have some ideas something that you would like to see in a course which will help you to improve the quality of life Of your life.

Let me know I am open to your ideas.

I always love to hear back from you And right I think for now We can start with our meditation So,

Please prepare your space And arrive into the present moment The meditation should take about 15 minutes and all you guys have to do have to do Is just to listen to my voice and Relax your body,

But please try to keep your back straight and upright so It is advisable to keep seated during during the practice while practicing the techniques because when we are lying down our subconscious mind sort of Turn us turns us off a bit uh,

And And turns on the Defensive mechanisms in our bodies in our subconsciousness All right,

So I mostly recommend to sit upright but if it doesn't feel right to you today Or this moment feel free to lie down on your back with your back straight Hmm So let's take a few deep breaths in through the nose And out through the mouth Another deep breath into your belly and you can sigh out making some sound Ah And another calming and deep breath into your belly And this time try to make your exhale a bit longer And close your eyes Try to feel your posture at the moment Your body should feel even and balanced And bring your awareness into your entire being Allowing it to resonate with the feeling of I am I am With your eyes closed stretch along your spine With your eyes closed stretch along your spine enjoying the movement of your body Lighten up with your attention and inwardly relax into this moment Naturally and effortlessly Be Simply be in a state of neutral observation Feel your body in this space Without opening your eyes Expand your awareness to the space around you Above And below And turn your attention to the inner space of your body Feeling here at home Imagine yourself as a rock That just stays in space With no reaction within The sounds around you simply exist And you hear them from a place of inner stillness Feel the touch of your clothes on your skin and the temperature of the air All from a state of inner stillness The happenings around you and the movement of life simply exist There is no need to do anything Think about anything Fix anything Improve anything Or understand anything Try to touch the state behind the words I am It is a state of presence A state of being You are beyond the effort and desire to change anything Breathe in And out You are beyond your past You are beyond your present Breathe in And out You are beyond your future Breathe in And out You are outside of your life situation Inhale And exhale You're outside of your personality Inhale And exhale You're beyond the time Inhale And exhale You are beyond the place Inhale And exhale And exhale When thoughts,

Impulses to react or to act arise within you Observe them just as you observe the world around you from a state of inner stillness Stay in the here and now Observe the whole movement of the world and energies outside Within you remains the dimension of this neutral presence awareness This dimension of awareness is in synchrony with anything outside and in your inner space You hold both the body and the outside world in the space of inner stillness And this dimension of silence exists behind all the layers of sound Movement and life Open yourself to the peace and perfection of this state Everything is good as it is right now Impulses of thoughts,

Emotions or reactions spontaneously arise and disappear Spontaneously arise and disappear There is this state of I am And nothing can draw you away or distract you There is no need to be anything else This state is simply there And this space of silence is not separate from physical space They exist simultaneously Take a deep breath in and out Realizing that the space of inner silence,

Awareness is always there At any moment it is open to you You and everything around you are that space And when it feels ready,

You can open your eyes,

Stretch your body And keep feeling the oneness of this space Of this state of I am with the flow of life itself Give yourself all the time that you need to come out of this meditation And let everything to work out for you beautifully All right guys,

So that was the end of our meditation and a few words here The state that you touched,

That you discovered now in this meditation Is who you are It's that part of you who is always present,

Always there The part that has all of the answers The part that works as an observer The part that will guide you throughout any moments of your life Throughout any moments of your life,

Through all the challenges The part that will lighten your path,

Your way towards your dreams,

Your aspirations and your goals And the more you will practice these or similar meditations The more and more often you will be in touch with that big part of yourself,

Of your personality The more clearly you will see the ways to grow,

To fulfill your dreams and to become the person you want to be Please remember that everything starts here And the best part is that you already have everything inside of you that you need Well Heidi,
