Settle into a comfortable seated position,
With your back straight and upward,
And turn your gaze inward.
Take a deep,
Cleansing breath,
Sending the air into your belly,
Feeling it expand.
Exhale slowly,
Releasing any tension.
Repeat this breath twice more,
And end it with a sigh.
With each exhale,
Acknowledge your feelings without judgment and simply be present with them.
It is okay to feel overwhelmed.
Feelings and emotions are our best friends.
Feelings and emotions are a sign of life,
A reminder that we are still here on Earth.
Breathe in acceptance and sigh out any self-criticism.
Close your eyes and envision your favorite place,
Place of safety and serenity.
Or imagined,
Allow this sanctuary to emerge within your mind.
As you arrive there,
Feel the comforting sense of security and peace.
Here,
Let a beloved person or object or an animal radiate love onto you,
Washing away the heaviness of overwhelm,
Providing you support and understanding.
Breathe in this love,
Allowing it to melt away any tightness or tension.
Take a moment to silently ask your inner guide,
What do I need to hear right now?
Even if no immediate answer comes,
Remain grounded and connected to the loving presence surrounding you.
Breathe deeply and allow the vibrations of these words to resonate within you,
Recognizing them as an inner wisdom that is always present and always guiding you.
Beneath the layers of emotions lies your core essence.
You are here,
Whole and complete.
Ask yourself,
What is the simplest,
Most beneficial thing you can do for yourself and your loved ones today?
It doesn't need to be grand or complex.
Focus on the present moment,
The single step you can take right now.
Realize that this simple action is enough.
You don't need to be overwhelmed by the future,
For it hasn't arrived yet.
Simply put one foot in front of the other.
Your inherent worth is undeniable and you are enough.
Each step you take brings you closer to the happiness and further from negativity,
Doubts,
Hesitations and insecurity.
Let your actions today create a ripple effect,
Inspiring you to serve more,
Do more and receive more love.
Remember,
The wisdom,
Love and power reside within you and you have everything you need.
You are enough.
Take a final deep breath into your belly and slowly exhale.
Set your intention to simply take the next best step,
Knowing it is more than enough.
