You can go mad if you push all your energy towards the mind. But you will not recognize this madness because everyone else is mad. And there is another direction, towards your heart and being. Those who took that direction became the buddhas of this world. Namaste sannyasa family and everyone.

A very warm welcome to all of you in this daily live meditation session with me,

Dhyansa.

We are meditating on 112 meditation techniques of Vigyan Bhairav Tantra.

You can go mad in two ways.

One is the wrong way and one is the right way.

You can go mad in these two ways.

In the one way you can go mad by getting lost in the mind.

If you go in the direction of the mind and get lost in the mind,

You can get lost in the madness of the mind,

In the thoughts of the mind,

In the creation of the mind,

In the direction of the mind.

This madness can go on and on and on.

And you will never realize that you are becoming mad.

Because when you will look around,

Everything will look normal to you.

Everyone next to you is on the same madness.

So in this social,

Relative way,

You will never realize that you are going mad.

But yes,

If you go on and on in this direction of the mind,

You are going mad.

And not only you,

Everyone else around you is going mad as well.

It is just a matter of degree.

When you go to a psychologist,

When you go to a psychiatrist and you say,

Well I have some mental problem,

I have some mental issue,

All that what the psychiatrist or the psychologist is doing is to recalibrate you back to the social madness.

To bring you back from this slight degree of madness to the degree of madness that everyone is,

That the normality that we all are living in.

So we are all in that sense flowing in the direction of the mind,

Not knowing where all this is going.

But if you see the outcome,

If you see how life is right now,

The experience of life right now,

You can have one reference point.

And if not realizing now,

Some years down the line in future,

10 years,

20 years,

50 years,

100 years down the line,

If you will look back at what we are saying right now,

How we are to each other right now,

What we are thinking all the time,

This will appear to be sheer madness.

But in this normality where everyone else is mad and there is just a slight degree of differences,

It appears that we are normal.

In a madhouse,

There was one psychiatrist doing his rounds,

Going from one room to the other.

He went into one room where he had two of his patients.

He entered the room,

He saw the patient number one.

He was sitting on the floor posing as if he is sewing the wood.

So he was posing,

Busy posing that he is sewing the wood.

And he saw the patient number two,

He is hanging from the ceiling upside down.

He asked the patient number one,

What are you doing?

The patient number one said,

Don't you see,

I am sewing the wood.

He said,

Okay.

He asked the patient number one,

And what is your friend patient number two doing up on the ceiling?

The patient number one said,

He is slightly mad.

He thinks he is a light bulb,

So he is hanging upside down from the ceiling.

The psychiatrist said to patient number one,

Well,

He is your friend.

Why don't you tell him to come down?

Why don't you tell him to stop what he is doing?

The patient number one said,

Well,

In that case,

What do you think?

I want to work in the dark.

We all are working in the darkness.

The direction that we have taken for ourselves is pushing all our energy in the mind.

In this evolution of the human,

We have pushed all our energy in the mind,

In the thought.

And the thought that mind has absolutely gone mad,

And there is no reference to know that we are flowing somewhere down the hill and gone into this madness,

Collectively creating,

Remaining normal as a collective in this madness,

But all together moving down the hill somewhere.

What is the other direction of madness?

The other direction of the madness is when you move towards your being,

When you move towards your heart,

When you move towards the emptiness,

When you move towards the thoughtlessness,

Towards your being,

Towards who you really are.

There have been cases in the history where some have gone that mad.

The Buddhas,

The Mahaviras,

The Jesus,

The enlightened ones who have gone mad in that direction of just being themselves,

Of being in their emptiness,

Of being in their truth.

And as they go in that direction,

They look,

Appear mad to everyone.

Whenever there has been anyone moving in that direction,

Moving in the direction of the heart,

Moving in the direction of the being,

That person appears mad to everyone else.

You can see this in your own experience if you are someone heart oriented,

If you are someone who is being oriented,

Who is more closer to yourself,

And you go out,

You have a conversation,

You participate in different things of the society,

And everything tries to give you that sense that you are off,

That you are mad.

They will never accept you as someone moving in the direction of the heart,

Moving in the direction of the being.

Why is that?

Because collectively,

We have yet to come to a point as a society in the evolution of the human being where we can live the mind,

Where we can live the heart,

Where we can live the being.

Right now,

We are only living the mind in our collective evolution as society.

It is following the evolution of the human being which is right now only of the mind and a few have glimpses of the heart and glimpses of the being and those who feel the heart,

Those who feel that they have to live through the heart,

They have to live the true self,

They are the outliers.

They are in the trouble because when they operate out of the heart,

The mind does not allow.

Even in the matters of love,

If you are in love,

If you are wanting to express your love,

Suddenly your own mind comes in the way.

Your own mind is in so much madness that it wants to even take control of the heart,

Control of the being and not letting this natural flow of your heart,

Natural flow of your being.

And of course,

In society,

In our collective way of living,

The fabric is built out of the mind and the moment we start becoming and operating out of our heart,

Out of our being,

Suddenly it starts to not fit in,

Into the fabric of the society,

In the fabric of how things are,

How we have collectively structured ourselves in this world,

Organized ourselves in this world.

So that world is yet to come when collectively we move towards a place where we can just be in our heart,

Just be in our being and live our true being and to move there and to move in that direction.

The first thing that has to happen is you yourself allow yourself to come out of the mind in matters of heart,

In matters of your spirit,

Of your soul,

Of your being.

And as your heart starts to open,

As your spirit starts to rise,

You first of all start to follow your heart,

Follow your spirit,

Follow what is who you really are and not what your mind is trying to make you into,

Is trying to stop and come in your way.

When you do that,

Then the whole humanity also moves in the direction and in the direction there is one day possible.

When we would have organizations,

When we would have structures in which you can live your heart,

You can live your soul,

You can live your true self,

And there will be no conflict.

Today it sounds like a utopia,

But as the movement of consciousness,

As the evolution of consciousness happens,

We all are moving in that direction.

Some are a few steps ahead,

Some are a few steps behind,

But collectively that is the direction that we all are taking.

And in the meantime,

We all are in the madness of the mind.

And when we will look back in a few years from now,

We will realize where we were,

We will realize where we were stuck.

As we move individually in this direction of the heart,

In the direction of the being,

One revelation that arises,

A natural revelation that arises in one's own experience is that we are all one.

That we share this same energy that is there in all of us.

This is not just an idea,

This is an experience as your consciousness evolves.

As you move away from the mind towards the heart,

Towards your being,

As you take this madness in the opposite direction of the mind,

You slowly start to realize that you are all one,

Sharing one consciousness with all.

And there are moments in your life when you go through these experiences,

There are glimpses of those experiences.

Yesterday in our sannyasa family,

We were having a call with 20 new sannyasa family members.

And in that call,

There was a moment where everyone was sharing their life stories,

Where they come from,

What they are all doing.

And suddenly there was a realization that in all these diverse stories,

We are all the same,

We are all one.

And that glimpse becomes your reality in your 24-7,

In your experience,

If you move from the mind to the heart to your being.

And life lived only in the mind is life of madness.

Life lived in the heart,

In your being,

In the sense of who you really are,

Is the only life worth living.

Let us listen to what Bhairava has to say in this context from Vigyan Bhairava Tantra and meditate over it in the next minutes,

In the next minutes of silence and awareness.

Bhairava says,

Bhairava is of the nature of undifferentiated consciousness in all embodied forms.

Meditate on all creation,

Pervading by that consciousness and transcend relative existence.

Let me repeat,

Bhairava is of the nature of undifferentiated consciousness in all embodied forms.

Meditate on all creation,

Pervading by that consciousness and transcend relative existence.

We will do this meditation in two steps.

The first step is to physically bring your energies down from the mind to your heart to your navel center.

As you bring your awareness from your mind to your heart to your physical region,

To your physical sense of the heart,

To your physical sense of the navel,

In that movement of the energy from the mind to the heart to your navel center,

To closer to your being in that movement of the energy,

There is this opening,

There is this realization,

There is this sense of this undifferentiated consciousness that we are and we connect to that sense,

That undifferentiated consciousness that is there in you,

That is there in everyone else.

And we'll move closer to this common denominator that we all have,

To this oneness,

To connecting something in you that is the same in the person next to you,

That is the same in the person sitting thousands of kilometers away from you,

Tuning into this session,

Everyone who is tuned in into this session,

Irrespective of the time and place,

Tuned into this space,

Sharing something that is undifferentiated on the surface or diversity in the depths,

In the very core undifferentiated consciousness.

We'll move into that,

We'll move closer to this undifferentiated consciousness in this space of silence and awareness for the next minutes.

Please close your eyes and take a posture that is comfortable for you.

Your body in a relaxed posture,

Yet alert,

With your head,

Neck and back aligned,

Shoulders down,

And bringing your awareness to your heart.

To the region in your chest,

To the region in your heart,

A sense of being in your heart,

Shifting energies from all directions,

From your mind to your heart.

You may create a focal point in your heart region,

At your heart center,

Bringing awareness through all areas,

All directions,

Towards your heart center.

With every breath,

More and more awareness at your heart center.

Link Thank you.

And shifting awareness further down to your navel center.

The region around your navel.

At the navel center,

Few inches below the navel.

The region around your navel.

Allowing the awareness to settle your energies to rest at your navel center.

The region around your navel.

With every breath,

Allowing the energies to sink deeper.

The awareness to move deeper in your being.

This restful awareness.

The awareness to be sent to undifferentiated consciousness.

To be sense in you.

Which is the same in everyone else.

Awareness on that.

On that in you.

Which is the same in everyone else.

The awareness to be able to move deeper in your being.

The awareness to be able to move deeper in your being.

The awareness to be able to move deeper in your being.

No difference between you and me.

No difference between you and me.

No difference between you and me.

No difference between you and me.

No difference between you and me.

No difference between you and me.

No difference between you and me.

Let go of all contemplation.

Let go of all contemplation.

Let go of all contemplation.

Let go of all contemplation.

This centeredness in oneness in all.

On your spiritual journey,

If you also wish to move in the direction of this madness towards the heart,

Towards your spirit,

Towards your being,

Towards who you really are.

If you carry that madness in you to move the energies towards your heart,

Towards your spirit,

You are more than welcome to join the other mad people who are also moving together with me.

Me and other meditators all mad,

Moving towards our heart,

Towards our spirit.

If you have the calling to join,

You are more than welcome to join our community of meditators.

Please write me an email with your introduction,

With your calling for the community and what can you give back to the community.

Thank you very much.

Namaste.
