Lay down and relax, it is time to rest well. Feel the support of the earth as you rest. Sleep is healing to the cells of the body. This guided sleep meditation eases you into deep sleep and wishes you a gentle goodnight.

It's time to rest well.

Time to lay your body down.

Relaxing onto your bed,

The mattress,

The couch,

Whatever surface that you're lying on.

Feel the back of your legs,

Your back,

Your shoulders against the bed.

You can feel gravity pulling you into that surface,

Letting your body completely relax.

Breathing deeply.

Let gravity pull out any emotions from the day,

Any thoughts.

Just let them flow out of your body through the mattress,

To the earth.

See,

The mattress is supporting your body,

And it's supported by the floor,

And the floor is supported by the foundation,

And the foundation is supported by the earth.

There's so much support for you resting well.

Relax into that.

Notice your breath,

Breathing in and breathing out.

Feel again your body.

Feel your shoulders relaxing.

Let your jaw relax.

Feel the energy following the gravitational pull of your body into that relaxed state.

It's time to rest well.

Nothing else can be done for the day.

Nothing else needs to be done for the day.

You can allow your sleep state to bring resolution to anything that's gone on.

Just relax.

Allow things to be resolved in your dreams.

You'll wake up with fresh ideas and ways of doing things in the morning,

So you can rest well now.

Feel your feet.

Feel the energy in your feet.

Feel the rhythm of going to sleep,

As following your breath,

Going in and out.

That breath creates the rhythm with your heartbeat,

For you to be able to rest well,

Fully supported by the earth and everything around you.

Let your hands relax.

Let your fingers relax.

Your forearms,

Your biceps,

Your shoulders,

Just relaxing.

Feel your back,

The back of your legs,

All that energy coming to ease and finding the rhythm of sleep.

Let your body harmonize with itself,

With your breath,

With your heartbeat.

All is aligning for you to rest well.

Let your hips relax.

Let them melt into the mattress.

You don't need to do another thing,

Because you're fully supported.

As you relax,

There's nothing to do but rest well.

Hmm.

Feeling the heartbeat slowing down,

But still moving the blood to your body,

Regenerating all the cells in your body,

Regenerating as you rest.

You don't have to do a thing.

It happens naturally.

Resting well happens naturally.

As you breathe in and out,

Relaxing.

All your focus is just on your breath,

And you're not shifting it or changing it.

You're just finding its natural pattern,

A pattern that lets you rest with ease.

And that gravitational pull brings you a little deeper into the mattress,

Into the support.

This is how you are supported by your body,

By laying it down and closing your eyes and breathing gently.

Your body knows how to heal you,

How to rest with you,

How to regenerate without you thinking about it.

You're just allowing,

Allowing yourself to rest well,

Giving yourself the time and the space to rest,

To heal,

To find answers in your sleep.

You don't have to do a thing,

But be kind and gentle to your body.

Just noticing your breath,

Noticing your heartbeat,

Noticing the energy of rest.

It's rhythmic,

Gently flowing.

There's an aliveness to it that happens as you relax.

A gentle vibration of rest,

Of stillness,

Of centeredness.

Just being,

Being in your body,

Being in your breath,

Being present to the beauty of sleep,

The beauty of allowing,

Of merging,

Merging with support,

Support all around you,

Holding you,

Gently working with your body rhythms throughout the night as you relax into this space of you.

Just being,

Just breathing,

Resting,

Resting well,

Resting gently,

Being supported.

There's nothing to do but relax,

And allow,

And feel the energy of shifting from being awake to being asleep,

Letting it surround you,

Letting it become you.

It feels so good to have gravity caressing your body,

Merging with it,

Safely moving into resting well,

Merging into any sound,

Merging into any space.

Let any sound take,

Take you into it,

Take you deeper into your center.

Take you deeper into your breath,

Taking you deeper into your rest,

Taking you deeper into your sleep,

Taking you deeper into support,

Taking you deeper into your health.

Just breathing in and out,

And resting well,

Just allowing,

And being,

And resting in support.
