Soul Remembrance

Take a deeply relaxing journey into the chamber of your soul to remember your inner wisdom and reconnect to mastery over lifetimes. Discover your soul's calling while cultivating courage, patience, and trust.

Transcript

This is Desiree Dunbar and this is your meditation for soul remembrance.

Take a few easy deep breaths now,

Arriving home in your body and as though your breath is breathing you,

Relax deeply into your body.

Find a beginning,

Middle,

And end to each inhale and a beginning,

Middle,

And end to the exhale too.

Enjoy nothing to do in this moment.

I'm beginning to work with resistance first in the body.

What is the strongest sensation you feel now?

Acknowledge it,

Feel it,

Potentially even turn up the volume on the sensation so the energy behind it may run out more quickly and you're better able to relax.

Take another deep breath and now to the mind.

What is the resistance in the mind?

Any negative thinking,

Stories,

Narratives,

Strong feelings,

Sensation,

Emotion coming from the mind.

Practice allowing it to be there without resisting the resistance to simply allow it to be there.

And then practicing moving the busyness of the mind or the resistance to the side as though you could talk to your own mind.

This monkey mind,

The busy part or the small cell for the ego,

I see you and I hear you.

And invite this monkey mind to be outside the room for now.

And sensing into your heart,

Imagine that there is a beautiful rose in your heart with soft petals,

Layer upon layer,

Soft petals.

What color is there?

Fragrance.

And imagine now that you are walking down steps to the temple of your heart as though your heart were a temple.

And you could begin to go into this temple of your heart for new authentic wisdom and deep soul remembrance.

And you begin to step down to this temple of your heart down one step,

Taking a breath.

And the second step,

Getting closer to the gates of the temple.

Third step,

Feeling the closeness to the petals and the rose and the softness.

And the next step going down and the next step further down until there's only two more steps to go.

Stepping down and one more till you arrive at the gates of the temple.

You're on the final stair and the gates gently open before you.

And you step into the temple of your heart.

There's a long corridor and you walk down through the corridor till you arrive at set doors and a beautiful figure appears before you.

And this figure is the guardian of your heart temple.

She is there to guide you and support you,

To help you remember to find this wisdom.

And you thank her.

And she is so happy to see you.

She is filled with joy.

She's been waiting for you.

And she opens the doors and you arrive into a beautiful room.

At the center of this room is a large crystal.

It fills almost the entire center of the room and it's slowly revolving.

It's turning and turning.

And all the walls of this special room,

This soul chamber of your heart are a soft glowing pink.

There's a gentle light,

Perhaps candles,

Lanterns,

Just soft feminine feeling,

Vibration and frequency.

And as the crystal slowly turns,

It's reflecting light like a chandelier into the walls,

Onto your body.

And you see all the surfaces of this crystal,

The texture,

The colors,

The warmth or coolness.

And you breathe in the energy and the power of this crystal in this special room.

And you begin to remember,

Remember the infinite quality of your soul,

That your soul is forever,

That your soul is ancient.

It has journeyed through many lifetimes,

So many experiences,

Trials,

Tribulations,

And has achieved so much mastery through centuries,

Centuries of lifetimes.

And there is an innocence there,

Connection to your galactic star ancestors,

To times of great harmony from Atlantis to Lemuria,

Times of matriarchy,

A balance of power that honored the feminine,

Times of ancient Sumeria and Egypt,

Your soul has been transforming,

Evolving,

Shifting,

Changing over millennia and here you are in this moment,

Remembering perhaps through all time,

Space and dimension of feeling into that infinite resource power that is at once unique and at once completely connected to all,

To oneness,

Unity,

Source.

And you realize your great power that is so natural and that you are capable of being a magnet for all that you desire.

You realize that any feelings of self-doubt,

Inferiority,

Worry about what others think of you and need to be productive,

Busy,

To achieve,

But none of that matters,

That the deep source within you,

Your soul is all powerful.

It is infinite love.

It is not separate from love.

It is not separate from goddess,

Oneness,

Or the universe.

The deep wellspring that is your soul is source energy and all you have to do is to remember,

To feel,

To allow,

To be grateful for your ego that wants to keep you safe,

To be grateful for all that you've experienced in this lifetime and others as it has shaped you,

Has urged you different directions,

Different explorations through different identities,

Through various levels of mastery and skill.

Remember I am remembering my innocence and this core of infinite love and asking yourself the question now from this core of infinite love,

Soul remembrance,

What is shedding away from my life?

What am I clinging to that wants to simply drop away like leaves naturally falling from the tree?

What are you clinging onto?

Notice the crystal slowly moving and feel the pulse of energy coming into your body.

Let this pulse of energy support in the shedding so that you may shed these outdated layers of yourself for great renewal and asking yourself the question now,

Where have I left parts of myself behind past relationships,

Difficult experiences,

Grief,

Anger,

Fear,

Unexpected obstacles,

Traumas,

Where have you left parts of you behind?

And that soul chamber guide is there now supporting you and helping you to call back those parts of yourself and as these parts start to come back,

They are healed by the crystal and the soul chamber.

They're made authentically yours,

Full of your feminine essence,

Your spiritual essence and all these fragmented parts that were left behind now come back into you,

Aligning,

Falling into place,

Arriving and as you're filled up this return of energy,

You feel into your wholeness.

I am whole.

I am complete.

I choose to remember my wholeness,

To feel complete and to embrace change,

The shedding for renewal,

The reclaiming of my energy,

Power,

The remembrance of my infinite soul and the deep feeling into that you are a love and with this remembrance feeling into,

You can become anything you want.

You can have anything you want.

And in this beautiful room with a soft pink walls,

Crystal,

The magic of this guardian with you,

This feeling of replenishment,

Feel into your soul.

What does my soul long for now?

What are my authentic hearts desires?

And the crystal begins to turn a little faster and the light from the crystals pulsing into your body and your heart and it begins to flicker quickly,

Rays of light shining into your heart,

Clearing away any obstacles and blocks,

Anything that could be hindering you from having the courage,

The patience,

The worthiness,

The curiosity to discovering your authentic hearts desires.

The guardian gives you a gift to support you in this next chapter of your life.

So bring new levels of awareness,

Consciousness,

Fulfillment,

Connection,

A feeling of returning home to yourself,

Having clarity around your inner compass and allowing your inner compass to guide you from a balanced place of both deep intuition and inner wisdom and the practical elements that are required in life as well.

A practical wisdom generating all actions.

I am opening to new opportunities,

New alliances,

Deeper connection to others and myself.

I am allowing relationships to fall away that no longer serve me.

I honor my power.

Is there a need to develop your relationship to power?

Are you releasing fear of being powerful,

Fear of being visible,

Fear of standing out?

How will you use your power to better your own life,

Which will in turn add to the whole planet?

You are a contribution to your society and to the world.

You are your own creative project.

How are you creating yourself now?

Who are you turning into?

All this mastery accrued over lifetimes is becoming embodied,

Coming into manifest in the physical reality.

Come to the center of your head now,

Take a deep breath.

What is the vision of this next chapter of your life?

Sometimes it's a familiar one or a new one now.

And allow the source of infinite love within you to support this vision now.

The source,

This infinite well of love is nourishing your soul's calling.

Letting go of all doubt,

Honoring any fear,

Resistance,

And promising to yourself you will devote to releasing that resistance,

Cultivating courage,

And dedicating to the embodiment of this vision that really is your only mission in life,

To release all illusion and to remember your soul.

I remember,

I remember,

I remember.

And your guardian supports you in grounding now and the crystal slows down,

Still turning but much slower.

Feel your body,

Any excess energy is going out the palms of your hands and soles of your feet.

The guardian takes you now out of the room,

Down that long corridor to the temple gates.

And you can see the stairs going up and up and you thank the guardian again.

She releases you now and as you say goodbye,

Feel into your body one more time.

And you take the first step up,

Returning back to this physical reality.

And the second step,

Traveling out of this soul chamber of your heart,

The rose of your heart.

And the other step,

You feel the density of your body.

And another step up,

You notice the sky above.

And just two more steps,

With one more step,

You feel the grounding gravity of the earth below you.

And the final step,

You arrive exactly where you are now,

Feeling balanced between the earth below and the sky above.

Bring your awareness to your beautiful heart chakra energy center.

What do you feel there?

You may wish to remember parts of this journey.

You may wish to write them down or save them.

And checking a few easy deep breaths.

If you can stay longer,

Fall asleep,

I welcome you to do so.

Or if you need to be alert,

Have that intention.
