Receiving Miracles

Welcoming all women wishing to feel deserving of miracles and the life that they desire.
In this guided meditation and energy healing process you begin to heal that within you that is blocking fulfillment.

What do you feel is your biggest block at this time? Are you willing to let it go?

Hello,

Goddess.

Let us begin.

Take a few long,

Easy,

Deep breaths and sensing into physical sensation in the body and honoring anything that arises and know that however you arrived right now to join me is perfectly fine whether the monkey mind is very active and present,

Whether you feel calm or there's anxiety present or strong emotions,

Perhaps you're tired.

It's all perfectly fine.

Part of our practice together is to draw upon self-acceptance in order to let go of any resistance and holding on that could be holding us back from being in a beautiful flow of presence,

Opening up to the gifts that are waiting for us,

The guidance that is right there and ultimately opening to our infinite potential.

And set the intention that we're enhancing deep self-love through this process together today.

And breathing,

Slowing down the inhale,

Find the beginning,

Middle and end to the inhale and beginning,

Middle and to the exhale.

And again,

Breathing in,

Two,

Three,

And exhale,

Two,

Three,

Inhale fresher into all the cells and then exhale.

Let it go.

And two more times in,

Two,

Three,

And exhale,

Two,

Three,

And grounding earth energy up to the body,

Inviting universal energy down from above,

Coming down to the crown.

If there's any energy just resting on the crown that could be left over from work or your day,

Speaking to people on the phone,

Interacting,

Any programming that's come from institutions,

Workplaces,

Organizations,

Schools,

Imagine that you can just take that energy almost like you're taking off a hat and just take that energy off,

Place it to the side as you put it on a table nearby and you have free will,

You're allowed to do this.

It's not that you're erasing this.

If you need this information or energy later,

It's there for you as you need.

But in this moment,

Clearing the space above the head and then inviting the chakras to dial open or closed to the perfect aperture in order for deep healing,

The perfect amount to come in today.

So not only are we moving into a space of mindfulness,

Slowing the brain down to recharge,

The beautiful thing about this is that we are accessing healing energies as symphony layers upon layers,

Deeply supportive,

Loving energies that I have had the privilege and honor to be attuned to from my teachers and that I am now offering to you in this moment to attune to yourself so you have a deeper resonance with deep self love and with healing energies.

I will work with your inner wisdom and spirit for the healing that's needed in this very moment.

The healing is coming in for physical structure,

For efficiency of all the systems,

The body.

And healing is coming in for deep stuck emotions from our entire lifetime,

Deep emotions and difficulties felt in past lifetimes.

And this energy is coming in to assist us in shaking free from other people's energy that is covering up our authentic self,

It's draining our energy that's keeping us stuck from reaching our potential.

And so in this purification ritual,

The energy comes in all around us to gently move away,

To shed,

To release,

To melt away,

To dissolve all that does not serve us now,

Acknowledging that we are changing and evolving,

Transforming.

And this can happen elegantly.

It feels challenging moments as obstacles appear to be our teachers.

We invite elegant and graceful transformation.

Belief does not have to be hard,

That miracles happen,

And in this moment,

Bringing in energy now to open up our belief in miracles,

Our belief that we deserve miracles.

These wonderful gifts of grace that have occurred in our life before,

They will occur again.

And if there's any energy blocking us from noticing when we receive them,

Or blocking us from letting them in,

Let them release now down to the earth,

Clearing blocks to the blocks to the blocks to receiving miracles.

Where would you like a miracle in your life?

Notice if there's any energy saying you don't deserve and acknowledge that without resisting it,

Even allow it to be there.

And then just saying to that part of yourself,

I see you,

I hear you.

And in this moment,

I'm willing to change a belief I do feel I deserve.

And perhaps that's an old belief that's outdated.

So where in your life would you like a miracle?

Is it in experiencing sustaining true love?

Sustaining sustaining abundance,

Sustain prosperity,

Sustaining deeply satisfying work,

And a career that brings prosperity and fulfillment?

Is it in family,

Creating a family?

Is it in finding a place to live?

Is it in adventure?

Receiving a miracle that will support you in travel and adventure,

Newness,

And new perspective.

I'm moving through the chakras to enhance this quality of both deserving and deep self love.

There's always new layers to get to.

Let's start with the pelvis.

Right away noticing the quality of the energy around the bowl of the pelvis.

Is there a texture,

Color,

Quality?

As you notice that,

Also go to the center of your head,

Center of head awareness.

Open up the energy center of the head.

And then tending back to the pelvis.

A womb space contains so much creativity,

Life force,

Expression,

Processing of information that we receive.

Call your energy back to you.

I'm going to come in to the pelvis.

And then add some gold light and clear,

Clean,

And enhance the pelvis now.

Root chakra,

Navel chakra,

Around the sacrum.

Gold light.

And shimmering light,

Absorbed to the whole pelvis,

Fills the pelvis,

Bringing energies of replenishment,

Renewal,

Letting go,

Shedding,

Releasing,

Opening,

Expanding to our own spiritual energy,

Essence,

Feminine energy.

Female ground,

Bring a cylinder of energy from the earth to the pelvis,

Ovaries,

And uterus.

Swirl that gold light inside the pelvis around and around.

Let it pick up debris like sludgy energy from other people that's no longer needed.

From energy programming of beliefs that's no longer needed,

That are outdated.

And send it down the cylinder to the earth.

Empty it out.

Let that continue.

Let it empty and empty.

Bringing space for your feminine essence to shine brightly from the ovaries,

Uterus,

Energy flicking into the pelvis now like a sparkler of creativity.

It's purely yours.

This is you.

So this is space for you.

I am safe.

I am sacred.

I am safe.

I am sacred.

I am sovereign and whole,

Sovereign.

I am the queen,

My body,

My energy.

I honor my spirit and what my spirit wants and needs.

I deeply honor myself.

I boldly honor myself.

I am willing to put myself first so that I may better serve the highest good of those around me,

The highest good of all.

Sense into the crown again as though you are wearing a queen's crown,

A gold jeweled crown.

Notice the colors of the jewels,

Shins,

And let them shimmer brightly.

And let the points of the crown reach up to the infinite universe.

Connect to you with your infinite potential and your sovereign self.

I deserve.

I am enhancing my deep self-love.

I deserve.

I deserve miracles in all areas of my life.

I deserve to have flow and grace.

I deserve to be present.

I deserve to have space in my life free from anxiety and full of generosity and gratitude,

Full of energy,

My physical body,

And my heart coming from spirit to flow through and out to do my work in the world.

I deserve.

And as I dance more elegantly with energies,

With purpose,

Guidance,

In a simple,

Quiet,

And yet bold way,

Others notice consciously or unconsciously,

And it gives them permission.

As I honor my sacred,

Sovereign self,

I am giving my sisters permission to follow in my footsteps,

To take a page from my book,

To dance this dance,

To sing this song,

To rise,

To rise.

Dance into all the sisters on the planet that are ready for this awakening to radical radiance,

Sovereignty,

Owning their sacredness,

Embodying their sovereignty,

Owning their work in the world in a bold,

Powerful way.

Rise the earth,

The planet,

And let all the sisters light up around the planet.

They would also like to receive this healing,

Attunement,

Activation,

To receive miracles,

To support their sovereignty,

To help them see their sacredness.

Let them light up like gold light sparklers around the planets and send a wave of healing energy to support them in risings that we are rising together,

Sisterhood melting away old ways,

Returning to ways that activate the magic and the miracle that we each are belonging to your magic.

Breathe and breathe and feel the wave of love that comes back to you from all those sisters,

Working to shift,

Evolve,

To let go of blocks,

To rise.

Feel that love,

Support,

That's non-competitive,

Non-judgmental.

Feel them extending their hands to you,

Their love,

And grounding earth energy rising up through you.

And so it is.

And so it is.

I have enhanced deep self-love,

Deserving the willingness to receive miracles,

A specific area of my life.

I'm willing to feel the support,

To send love to all my sisters,

Aware or unaware,

The divine feminine rising in each of us,

Changing consciousness and changing this planet.

And so it is.
