And our heart is respectful to all the things around us and inside the universe.
Our heart is clear and stable,
Like the surface of a calm peaceful lake.
Like a mirror can reflect everything.
There is no distracting thoughts.
We project our mind into the sky and illuminate the whole universe.
Merge and connect with the universe chi and bring the energy back.
From all direction,
Whole body is now harmonized with universe chi.

And our body and universe are harmonized into one energy.
