Welcome.
If you haven't already,
Find a comfortable position where your body can soften and be at ease.
If you have headphones,
You may want to get those out as they can help you tune in.
Whether you're lying down or sitting up,
Allow your muscles to relax.
Release your shoulders and gently close your eyes.
We will begin with three intentional deep breaths.
As you bring your awareness to your breath,
Focus on drawing the air in all the way to your belly,
Letting it inflate like a balloon,
And then release the air from the belly,
The chest,
And throat,
Extending that exhale just a little longer.
Here we go.
If you would inhale and exhale.
Again,
Inhale and exhale.
One more time,
Breathing in and letting go.
Now imagine yourself stepping into a lush,
Vibrant forest.
The air is fresh and cool,
Filled with the scent of earth and trees.
You can see and feel the warmth of the sunshine pouring through the canopy.
Birdsong fills the space around you,
Soft,
Melodic,
A reminder that you are part of this living,
Breathing world.
You look down and see there is a path in front of you,
Gently winding through the forest.
As you walk along the forest path,
Simply listen.
Let the sounds of the forest wash over you.
Birds calling,
Leaves whispering,
The rhythm of nature surrounding you.
With each step,
Feel yourself becoming lighter.
Any old energy you may have picked up from others,
Any heaviness from the day,
Is gently dissolving into the forest floor,
Returned to the earth for renewal.
Here in this sacred place,
You are refreshed.
Your energy renews itself clear and bright.
Every breath is like a fresh breeze through the trees,
Cleansing,
Invigorating,
Awakening your spirit.
Allow the forest to be your bath of light and sound.
You are cleansed.
You are refreshed.
Your energy is clear,
Clean,
Vibrant,
And renewed.
Take a few more moments here,
Listening,
Being,
Receiving.
And now,
As we prepare to finish,
Silently thank your spirit team and my spirit team for bringing the maximum benefit in this session.
When you're ready,
Begin to gently return to your body.
Wiggle your fingers and toes.
Take one more nourishing breath.
