Hello and welcome to this guided meditation and sound journey to connect you to your star seed nature.

And as a fellow star seed,
A lover of all things galactic,
I want to invite you to find yourself in a comfortable spot where you can relax and let go as you connect to the stars.
Star seeds are those who have come to this earth plane from the galactic realm,
From the stars,
From planets and galaxies far beyond.
You may be a star seed if you are someone who feels connected to the stars,
Maybe feels as though you don't belong here on this earth.
Or perhaps you have an inclination to join and connect with alien beings.
Now as you find yourself in a comfortable spot,
Setting the intention to connect and remember who you truly be,
Begin to allow your breath to move through your entire being,
Inhaling and filling the lungs,
And exhaling,
Drawing the belly in,
Continuing this inhale and exhale as you relax your body,
Perhaps allowing your eyes to close as you go deeper into stillness,
Allowing the breath to connect you to this everlasting life.
Beginning to imagine above you here is a star,
Shining gold and bright above your head.
And as a star,
Glowing ever so brightly,
Begins to shine its light down into the crown of your head,
Allow that light to enter,
Filling your crown,
Your forehead,
Moving down through your temples and the back of your head,
Entering into your brain and your pineal gland,
Continuing to breathe this light star energy down through your eyes,
Through your cheeks,
Your mouth,
Down through your chin,
It continues to move down through your ears and the sides of your neck,
Down through your throat,
Entering into your vocal cords and making its way even further through your shoulders,
Down through both arms to the fingertips on both hands,
Breathing even further as it begins to fill your chest and your lungs,
Your torso,
Your belly,
Moving along your spine,
Down to your low back and hips,
Breathing this star energy now into your pelvis where it fills and moves further,
Traveling down both legs,
Breathing this energy of the star down towards the soles of your feet,
Your entire body filled with starlight,
You,
The star being,
You,
The child of the stars here on this planet earth,
And receive the transmission from the star,
From your galactic family,
Through the messages,
The visions,
The sound,
This vibration.
