Hello and welcome.

Please find a comfortable position,

Lying down or seated,

Whatever feels more comfortable.

Whether you are sitting or lying down,

Notice your body being supported by the surface on which you are resting.

Let yourself feel the support.

When you are ready,

Gently close your eyes if you have not done that already.

Pay attention to your breathing.

Gently breathe in and out.

You can let go of any tension you might feel.

Give yourself permission to relax and enter a meditative state.

We are going to start this practice by first focusing on gratitude and generosity.

Allow yourself to experience a feeling of gratitude by reminding yourself of one thing you feel grateful for.

It can be anything.

Just let yourself be thankful for something in your life.

Allow yourself to smile as you stay with the feeling of gratitude.

Being thankful for what you already have invites more goodness to your life.

Now relax your face and gently breathe in and out for a few times.

In addition to being thankful for the blessings of your life,

You can also embrace generosity.

Practicing generosity helps others and it can invite prosperity to your life.

You can remind yourself of a time when your act of generosity helped others.

Practicing gratitude and generosity is the foundation for manifesting a prosperous life.

I now invite you to visualize a prosperous life that you want for yourself.

Allow yourself to imagine whatever you need to enrich your life.

You can notice with your mind's eye a healthy life full of abundance and well-being.

Now imagine a flying unicorn standing by and ready to take you to your imagined life.

Whatever you have imagined as a prosperous life,

The flying unicorn can get you there.

You can hop on the unicorn and in an instant you're there.

Let's try it.

Look around.

Whatever you need to be happy,

Healthy and content is now happening for you.

Maybe a dream house,

A new job,

Better health,

A happy relationship or a peaceful world.

Whatever circumstance feels right for you,

The flying unicorn helps you reach it.

Notice how it feels to be at this place of fulfillment.

Notice how your body feels.

Whatever comes up for you is okay.

No need to judge.

It is okay to allow yourself to feel good about prosperity.

You deserve it.

Now take a few deep breaths and thank yourself for your courage to trust the unicorn.

Thank the flying unicorn for helping you reach this place in life.

Now slowly bring yourself back from the meditative state by noticing the sounds around you.

You can try this practice at least once a week or more.

Keep believing that you are living in a rich universe and there is plenty for you and others.
