Hello and welcome.

Give yourself permission to relax and become aware of your breathing.

Take a nice deep breath and let go of any tension you might have.

Try one more time,

Breathe in and breathe out.

It feels good to release tension.

The day is done,

The night is here.

You did your best today.

Let yourself be grateful for that.

It is okay to smile as you express gratitude for all you managed today.

You can even give yourself a nice hug.

The world is blessed to have you.

And now let your sleep journey begin by allowing your thinking brain to slow down.

You might be able to clear your mind by becoming aware of your body resting.

Notice what supports your body right now.

It might be the couch,

The bed or the floor that physically supports you.

Just take your time and become aware of the surface area that meets your body and supports it.

Feel free to make yourself more comfortable as you welcome this felt sense of support.

The body loves to feel supported and comfortable.

You might like to breathe deeper while you're mindful of the support.

Whatever surface supports you right now is connected to the earth.

You are always cared for by mother earth.

She loves you.

It is nice that you don't have to do anything right now.

The wisdom of your body knows how to sleep.

It is effortless.

Let's normalize this process.

You deserve a good night's sleep.

You can witness your breathing as you're getting ready to fall asleep.

It is okay to yawn if your body needs to do so.

You can gently close your eyes now if you haven't done so yet.

Sleep is a natural part of your life.

No need to overthink it.

Nothing to be afraid of.

It is safe to go to sleep.

Tomorrow is a new day filled with possibilities.

Good night and sweet dreams.
