Trust yourself guided meditation.

Find a quiet place to either sit or lie down.

Let's begin by taking a few deep breaths.

Breathe in through your nose,

Hold it and breathe out your mouth.

Breathe in through your nose,

Hold it and breathe out your mouth.

Breathe in through your nose,

Hold it and breathe out your mouth.

One more time.

Breathe in through your nose,

Hold it and breathe out your mouth.

Intentionally let everything else go.

Everything you've been carrying,

Let it go.

Notice any sensations in your head and face.

If you're having any thoughts,

That's okay.

Simply notice them.

Allow them to be there and bring your focus back to your breath.

Notice your shoulders,

Your arms,

Your hands and your fingers.

Notice your back and the connection to the chair or bed.

Notice your seat.

Feel your legs,

Your feet and toes.

Now that you are fully present,

Bring into your awareness all that you have uncovered over the past few days.

Recall what it is that you deeply desire.

Envision what it would look like to have what you want.

What would it feel like to have what you want?

Now,

I want you to recall your fears.

Imagine what is the worst case scenario.

See this vision in your mind's eye.

Allow any feelings to come up and just be with them.

You are safe.

You are supported in this moment.

Now imagine a ball of gold light wrapping around your fears.

See the ball of light swirling around your fears.

And notice this ball start to drift away.

Keep watching the ball until it drifts so far that you can no longer see it.

In order to take action on what you deeply desire,

It's going to take trust in yourself.

Connect to your heart.

Be open to what your heart wants you to know.

What is the next right action for you to take to move in the direction of what you desire?

Intentionally ask your heart.

Trust any ideas that are coming to you are coming directly from your heart and your higher self.

Internally say to yourself,

I trust myself.

I take action towards what I desire.

I face my fears.

I am safe.

I am supported.

I am worthy of the life,

Love and relationships I desire.

And now as we bring this to a close,

Take with you throughout your day or into your sleep all that you have received.

Slowly and in your own time,

Bring yourself back and open your eyes.
