Rest your eyelids.
Let them close.
Focus your attention in the area of the heart.
Shift from the head and mind.
Come into the area of the heart.
Centering your awareness in the heart space.
And here,
Imagine the breath.
The breath is flowing in through the area of the heart and out through the area of the heart.
Breathing in through the heart space.
Breathing out through the heart space.
Feel the natural flow of the breath in and out of the heart space.
Feeling the natural flow of that breath in and out of the heart space.
Allow the breath to extend,
To become slower.
Allow the breath to find a healing rhythm.
Feel the whole breath in.
Feel the whole in breath in the area of the heart.
Feel the whole out breath.
Feel the whole out breath in the area of the heart.
Stay with the heart breath.
Allow it to flow in a comfortable healing rhythm.
Breathing in through the heart.
Breathing out through the heart.
As you continue heart focused breathing,
Connect with a genuine feeling of gratitude,
Appreciation,
Kindness,
Care for someone or something in your life.
Perhaps an appreciation for time in nature.
Perhaps gratitude or care feeling for your pet.
Perhaps an uplifting joyous feeling from a time you remember.
Recall something that genuinely warms your heart.
And now,
Breathe that feeling,
That genuine feeling of gratitude,
Appreciation,
Kindness,
Caring.
Breathe that in through the heart.
And breathe that feeling out through the heart.
Feel that feeling from the core of your heart.
Breathe in that feeling.
Breathe out that feeling through the heart.
Feel that feeling radiating out through your whole body.
Feel it radiating out through your whole body.
Radiating out into the environment.
Through your whole body out into the environment.
Continue this for a few moments.
Breathing that feeling and allowing it to radiate.
Continue the breath as you feel the feeling.
Breathing in through the heart space,
Breathing out through the heart space.
And the feeling radiating from the heart space through the body and beyond.
As this guided practice comes to a close,
Know you can continue if you like.
And you can come back and practice this at any time to support and reset yourself as you move through your day.
A gentle way to rebalance and transform emotionally and mentally.
It's your healing heart breath meditation.
Begin to take a few deeper breaths now.
Consciously feeling the expansion of the belly and chest as you breathe.
And sigh them out.
Do a few of these,
Breathing in consciously,
Expanding the rib cage and breathing out,
Letting the rib cage relax.
Observe your body and the feeling that you're feeling.
And when you're ready,
You can initiate some gentle movements to the body and allow the eyelids to lift and open.
