
Chakra Awakening
This meditation guides participants through a calming, grounding practice that begins with body awareness and gentle relaxation using Ujjayi breath. The focus then shifts to the chakra system, beginning at the root and moving upward through each energy center, using color visualization and emotional intention to activate and balance each chakra. Listeners are encouraged to connect with feelings like safety, creativity, strength, love, truth, intuition, and spiritual connection. The meditation emphasizes tuning into personal experiences of color and sensation, allowing intuition to guide the process. It ends with an invitation to revisit any chakra that may need more attention and to carry the awareness beyond the session.
