Visualize yourself in a Ho'e balloon.
The balloon is tied to the ground on a field.
The balloon is really colorful and beautiful.
Imagine the colors and the elements of the landscape.
It is safe to be here now.
There are lots of bags around,
Keeping your balloon tied to the ground.
There is a case on board.
In order to elevate into the sky and let the balloon rise,
Now place heavy stuff into the bags.
Place each of your worries,
Each of your negative thoughts and each of your negative emotions in the bags.
You could also place the painful events that occurred to you on the bags.
You can now feel how heavy the bags are.
From the case on board,
Pick a pair of scissors or a sword.
You go on a flowing journey to freedom,
You can cut off the bags one by one.
You notice as soon as you cut the first bag,
The balloon and you start going off the ground.
Breathe deeply while you elevate.
Exhale gently to release.
Cut one bag here,
Dropping your worries,
One there,
Dropping negative thoughts and another one dropping negative emotions.
Using another bag,
Dropping painful events.
Feeling light,
Feeling free.
As you see the bags dropping,
The balloon elevates slowly and gently.
Breathe deeply while you elevate.
Exhale gently to release.
While the bags go away,
You can feel how easy it is to go on a flowing journey.
In your own time,
Carry on cutting until there is nothing around the balloon.
Enjoy the elevation.
Put your hands on your heart and repeat the affirmations.
