Welcome to the new light dawning in January 2019.

Though this wisdom and meditation can be used at any time,

You wish to ignite your confidence in your own authenticity and lighten your life.

We have just emerged from a two week eclipse season,

A time for cleansing,

Clearing and resetting.

As the light begins to appear on the horizon,

It's time to harness the power of this cosmic energy to illuminate the path ahead.

January's first super full moon for 2019 and the total lunar eclipse marks an end to a family of eclipses since mid 2016.

And so is the perfect time to reflect,

Release the accumulation of energies building over the past two and a half years.

Releasing all that we no longer want to take forward and leave behind as the eclipse season is now finished.

With a full moon in Leo,

It's time for you to embrace the roar of your inner lion or lioness.

2019 is a universal year of three,

Which is all about self expression and authenticity.

Are you ready to be the leader in your own jungle?

Forging your own path ahead as only you can create.

And being an inspiration for others.

Gone are the days of being a small domestic cat,

Needing attention just to remind yourself that you are loved.

Instead,

I invite you to command your own soul driven authority.

To move forward with explosive strength,

Courage and light.

Just like in the Wizard of Oz,

Let's help you find the courage that the cowardly lion so desperately wanted.

It's always within you.

As Winston Churchill said,

Courage is what it takes to stand up and speak.

Courage is also what it takes to sit down and listen.

So take a moment to connect into your heart,

Breathing deeply,

Tune in and just listen.

Can you hear the whispers of your soul calling you forward into the light of your own authenticity?

What is dimming your light and keeping you stuck?

Limitation is only ever placed by the mind and never comes from your heart.

Which do you choose in this three year of self-expression,

Joy and soul's abundance?

Use the phrase,

Smile and shine as your motto for 2019.

You are fully supported to reinvent yourself.

To emerge from the soul searching times of the past few years.

And emerge back into the sunshine,

Just as the moon can be seen again in the light of the sun following eclipse.

There are no coincidences in the universe.

And the third letter of the alphabet,

C,

Brings forward so many words to anchor in this new found vibrancy for life.

So let's tune in and bring forward these powerful words to help set the tone for the coming year.

I invite you to take an icy breath into your heart,

Coming to the here and now.

Letting the words and wisdom you've heard percolate and penetrate all parts of your being.

Take another nice deep breath and see that breath go up through your throat,

Through your head,

Out through your crown.

Going up and connecting into the central sun,

The source of love and light you know and trust.

The one to guide you and illuminate your path.

And bring that energy back down with your breath.

Back through your crown,

Through your head,

Throat,

Heart.

Down through your torso,

Abdomen,

Out through your root,

Through your legs and deep into the earth below.

Connecting out the core crystal at the centre of the earth.

Whilst this may be in the darkness,

We are all of light and shadow.

Embrace them all.

Embrace the energy of this support from Gaia.

Bringing the energy back up through your feet and root,

Through your sacral,

Abdomen,

Torso.

And see that light shine out from your heart space,

360 degrees.

Coming once again into your sacred soul space.

A place that you know and trust that is with you always,

Eternally.

The first word I invite you to consider in our list of C words is creativity.

When you are in your zone doing what you love,

Joy naturally radiates from your heart through the process.

And joy is a key word for 2019.

It's not the end result,

It's the journey you take.

How can you commit to being more creative this year in your work and play?

Co-creating with the universe when you are aligned in your heart and mind makes creating your life so much easier with grace and flow and abundance.

How committed are you to co-creating and calling on the universe for unconditional love and support this year?

Communication is crucial for your authenticity to be seen,

Heard and understood.

How committed are you to step out of the darkness from the eclipse season,

From your shadow,

From the dark night of the soul and back into the light?

To shine brightly for all those who are ready to see your glorious radiance,

Knowing your purpose is to inspire others to turn their own light on and not turn it on for them.

How committed are you to create authentic communication and speak your truth?

Roaring like the lioness you are in your own jungle.

Collaboration allows for exponential growth throughout your community,

Your family,

Your colleagues,

Your friends,

Your tribe.

How committed are you to connect from your heart,

Not so much your mind,

To work together with others in a loving,

Expansive way?

How confident would you feel if you were allowed for authentic self-expression throughout your community to exponentially grow together?

So again,

Whilst we allow these words to percolate and permeate,

We ask that any belief,

Known or hidden,

Any subconscious belief,

Any past life contract,

Any soul contract you may have that has been keeping you small in the dark,

Operating out of fear of being seen.

Today we ask to be dissolved,

Deleted,

Unstored,

Decreated across all time-space dimensions and realities and shown the divine white path for healing.

As we clear and shift those energies at a cellular level memory through our DNA programming and all neural pathways,

We allow instead the radiance of the light from the sun to illuminate ourselves,

Our being,

The very nature of who we are.

So we can once again radiate iridescently in this world as only we uniquely can.

To own our courage,

Conviction,

Confidence,

Community,

Collaboration and co-creation in this year of three.

Just bringing your attention back to your body and notice how much lighter and clearer you feel with a white light energy radiating and swirling in and around your space,

Clearing and cleansing to really anchor in the truth of who you are.

How much lighter and more radiant do you feel in this moment?

Can you feel the clarity within every cell of your body?

Can you own the commitment in your belly right now to roar like the Leo Lion?

Can you walk down your illuminated path by the light of the moon into your own brilliance?

Are you ready to harness the cosmic support with no planets in retrograde for the next few weeks?

Your soul is calling it forward,

Full steam ahead to implement your plans of initiation.

To create life on your terms,

Your way.

Imagine the lioness basking under the moonlight.

Or the strength,

Courage and confidence she needs to own her territory in her jungle.

Or the glorious lion ready to roar when he is ready to be seen,

Heard and understood.

Not worrying what others in the jungle might think of him.

For he is the king of his own domain.

Are you ready to be the king or queen of your own heart and soul domain?

I invite you to call in this image often to ignite the same energies within your belly.

And above all,

Trusting your natural instincts that all is well.

You are fulfilling your purpose.

And you are here to shine your light so authentically and brightly as only you can.
