Today we will focus on this other important internal aspect of your sleep journey. Let’s use the power of meditation to help you experience the extraordinary ability to surrender and embrace your desired restful sleep.

Your Joyful Rituals For Effortless Sleep
From this class onwards, we will explore external factors that might be impacting your sleep. By incorporating daily practices to elevate your well-being, together with calming bedtime rituals, you regulate your internal body-clock.
By doing this, you will move towards reducing sleep-disrupting factors and prepare for your restorative rest. Through a powerful practice of visualization, let’s discover what joyful activities can support you in your new sleeping journey. You will also be guided in a sleep meditation at the end of the class.

Creating Your Sleep Sanctuary
Our surroundings say a lot about our state of mind and vice versa. Looking after your space also means that you are looking after yourself. Today we are going to explore four key factors to build an environment at home, filled with the right atmosphere to support your restorative sleep. To help you fall asleep peacefully tonight, we will end the class with a very relaxing meditation.

Hounoring The Wonders Of The Night
In embracing the wonders of the night, we truly connect with ourselves, away from our daily demands. We tap into the wonders of introspection, creativity, and comfort that enrich our lives and lays the foundation for a peaceful mind. We create a sacred space within and pave the way for dreams to arise. What would happen if you allowed yourself to dream freely?
In our last class, we are going to dive deep into the greatness that the night holds to help you relax and accept its relaxing energy as a great support for your deep sleep. We will also end the course with a meditation filled with powerful affirmations to help your subconscious mind absorb high vibrations before falling asleep.
