It will be combined with a short talk and meditation followed by powerful questions for you to reflect upon.

There are several types of fear.
Fear of future,
Fear of failure,
Fear of others,
Fear of illness,
Death and difficulties.
There is even the fear of ourselves.
How to overcome fear?
Usually through faith.
When realizing that everything that happens has a benefit,
Fear loses its power.
Even complaining about the past or focusing on what you think is wrong also doesn't make sense anymore.
Fear has two sisters,
Doubt and worry.
These feelings can be compared to forces in your mind that affect your body in the short and long term.
They cause headache,
Stress and anxiety.
Fear,
Doubt and worry,
Together they are able to destabilize you.
Fear makes you imagine things and waste more energy than a situation requires.
When you don't trust life,
You don't communicate your truth or don't accept what you cannot change.
You become stagnant and start to act irrationally.
If you take a step further and don't identify with negativity,
You are able to communicate with the situation from a higher perspective.
Now I invite you to close your eyes and allow the words you just heard to settle within you.
Find a position that relaxes you and allow your body to rest even more.
Breathing in the energy of higher consciousness and breathing out any tension stored in your body.
Breathing faith and breathe out fear.
Breathing peace and breathe out joy.
Breathing out stress.
In this sacred space,
Bring all your attention to this moment and reflect on the following questions.
If you don't find all the answers now,
It's totally fine.
Don't push yourself.
Just listen and pay attention to the first thought that comes to your mind after each question.
Enjoy this special moment with yourself.
What is it that you fear?
Is there any past painful situation that you are afraid to repeat?
What makes you think that the results will be the same?
How would you feel if you gently let go of expectations of the future?
What happens if you allow life to flow freely?
What is missing for you to let fear go with kindness?
Take a few deep breaths now.
Give yourself space to absorb your answers.
Is there anything else you would like to reflect upon?
Is there anything else you would like to reflect upon?
Are you willing to open your heart to the results that will come with your answers?
Maybe they are not physical results,
But you know that they will deeply impact your well-being and inner peace.
Perhaps all the situation needs is your faith and trust.
With these precious elements you begin to focus on solutions.
You start building bridges instead of walls.
Starting today,
I encourage you to choose to live one day at a time.
Choose to free yourself from the prison of what could or should be and come into alignment with what is,
In alignment with the present moment.
When you are ready,
Gently open your eyes.
Start moving your body slowly and come back to your life.
