This 10 day gratitude experience will change the way you see yourself and your life. You will move from expectation to appreciation, from striving and wanting to feeling deeply satisfied. It will feel like one giant exhale, as you realise that right here right now, your life may not be perfect, but there is just so much to feel thankful for. Amazingly, this shift will then create more things to be grateful for, and the positive cycle will continue. Each of the 10 days include a short introduction, followed by ten minutes of guided meditation and then 10 minutes of guided journaling, a perfect combination to move gratitude from an idea into a deeply embodied experience for you.

Cultivating Gratitude For Your Breath
Day one sets the scene, exploring the power of combining meditation with journaling. In this practice we direct our gratitude towards our breath, reflecting upon its physical and energetic qualities. From this grounded place, you will explore what you would like to invite into your life this week.
Lektion 2
Cultivating Gratitude For Your Body
Day two invites us to explore our physical body through the lens of gratitude. In our practice together we will awaken our bodies so that when we journal, we can receive the wisdom our body has for us.
Lektion 3
Cultivating Gratitude For Your Heart
Day three supports you to direct some gratitude to both your physical and energetic heart. Through meditation and journaling you will explore your emotions and what living less from the mind and more from the heart might look and feel like in your everyday life.
Lektion 4
Cultivating Gratitude For Your Family
Our relationships with family often carry the strain of our over-scheduled lives, we take those we love for granted or find ourselves focusing on small irritants. Today’s meditation practice provides an antidote by inviting us to drop into a deep sense of thankfulness for a family member, past or present. Our journaling practice will continue to explore our family, including those who trigger us.

Cultivating Gratitude For Your Friends
Day five's meditation and journaling practice is a celebration of our friends, past and present, and the sense of love, laughter, loyalty and belonging that they provide us. Take a trip down memory lane as you remember and feel grateful for the friendships that characterised different seasons of your life.

Just Three Things
It’s so easy to move through our days on the lookout for micro threats, people letting us down, heavy traffic, things not going to plan and awkward conversations. Taking the time to focus on what we are grateful for is a powerful practice to circuit-break these negative cycles and instead, enjoy a real opportunity to feel satisfied and safe within our lives. Day six offers you the time and space to feel grateful for the aspects of your life you worked hard to achieve, the parts that caught you by surprise, and even the challenges.

Exploring Your Self-Worth
It’s so easy to move through our days in a trance of unworthiness, telling ourselves we will accept ourselves, like ourselves when we are more. More fit, slim, successful or interesting. When we are more confident, patient or brave. This trance skews our vision and makes it difficult for us to see all the ways we are already enough. Day seven is an opportunity to reorientate your awareness away from lack and towards your enoughness.

Connecting With Your Neighborhood
Day eight offers you the opportunity to explore and feel thankful for where you live. Through visualization and reflective writing, you'll gain clarity on your habits of 'doing' and 'being' and your perspective on the moon and the sun.

Connecting With The Natural World
Day nine offers you the opportunity to connect more deeply to Mother Earth and the seasons of your life. During your meditation and journalling practice, you'll be guided to explore any messages that the seasons may have for you, and how you can allow nature to guide you in your everyday life.
Lektion 10
Exploring The Energy Of A Smile
Day ten invites you to receive a smile from the sky and send it deep into the earth below. It’s a wonderful reminder of just how connected and held in life you really are. As we tie everything together in our final session, you'll explore what makes you smile and the values that sit beneath these aspects of your life. You'll finish this experience with gratitude and clarity about what really matters in life.
