Introduction - How To Get The Most From This Course
In this session you are introduced to the course, guided through its features, and shown how to get the most out of it.
Each session will begin with a brief guided priming section designed to open you up to the contemplation of a quote. From there you will be offered instruction relating to the quote. This will consist of practical advice, significant teachings, theoretical insights, and guidance on how you can apply the quote to help you live an examined life.
You are encouraged to pause the audio and take notes at any time as well as to continue in contemplation after the session if you are called to do so.
