Lektion 1
Let's Begin - Exploring Hope and Connection
On day one we explore how hope and connection can be powerful tools for contributing to the world. In our practice together, you'll get curious about what brings you hope, and where you would like to experience more connection in your life. This practice lays the foundation for the next twenty days. Today’s Intention - I cultivate hope and share it with the world.

Awareness - From Fear to Love
In day two we explore the pathway of awareness and how we can use our discerning nature to move away from fear towards love. In our practice together, we’ll explore moving from fear to love in our minds, bodies and hearts. Today’s Intention - I move from fear to love each day.
Lektion 3
Calm - Befriending your Nervous System
In day three we explore the pathway of calm and how our nervous system, and our capacity to hold stress, changes over time. In our practice together, we befriend and sooth our nervous system, recalibrate at a cellular level and gain insight as to our unique triggers. Today’s Intention - I befriend and respect my nervous system.

Compassion - First and Second Arrows of Suffering
In day four we explore the pathway of compassion and the Buddhist principle of first and second arrows of suffering. In our practice together, we explore a challenge we are facing and understand which aspects are the primary pain, and which are the additional suffering we add to the situation. With compassion and curiosity, we let go of these second arrows. Today’s Intention - Like clouds in the sky, I let the second arrows pass by.

Perspective - Accessing the Wisdom in Pain
Today is an invitation to let go of the resistance we often experience when challenges show up in our lives, and instead, to open to the idea that when we hold our challenges in a large container of awareness, they change. In our meditation, we’ll use our capacity for visualization and creativity to help us see our challenges in new and more liberating ways. From here, we’ll access the wisdom in our pain. Today’s Intention - I open to the wisdom contained within my challenges.

Acceptance- The Open Field of Possibility
Today we explore how the pathway of acceptance can help us to let go of the resistance we often hold towards our challenges, certain aspects of ourselves, our past or our imagined future. In our practice we’ll explore how heavy resistance feels, and how liberating it can be to let go. It’s my hope that you will experience first hand how acceptance is far from resignation, how it’s actually deeply courageous and empowering. Today’s Intention - I let go in order to see things more clearly.

Connection - Sitting by the River
Day 7 allows us to reflect upon the dance between our ego and our higher selves, between our contraction and our expansion. In our practice together, we’ll get curious about how our ego has been showing up recently, and intentionally shift into our higher nature. Today’s Intention - It feels good to take my own hand.
Lektion 8
Purpose - Ready, Steady, Flow
Day 8 explores ‘the flow state’ and ‘being of service’ as two sign posts that can provide direction along your journey towards a more purposeful life. Today’s meditation offers you an opportunity to become aware of when you are in flow, and when these activities also contribute to the world. Today’s Intention - When I’m in flow and being of service, I naturally feel purposeful and alive.

Vitality - Welcoming Joy
Day 9 offers you the opportunity to reflect on what gives you joy, and what gets in the way. In our practice together, we’ll sit with the full experience of joy, so that when a moment of joy greets you in your everyday life, you feel more able to embrace it. Today’s Intention - I am safe to embrace the moments of joy in my life. I welcome joy.

Confidence - The Room Within your Heart
In day 10 we redefine confidence to include our capacity to feel safe and at ease amidst the impermanent nature of our lives. In our meditation, you’ll sit in the room within your heart and allow the cyclical nature of life to move through you. Today’s Intention - I feel grounded and at ease, even amidst the constant change.

Gratitude - Held in Gratitude
In day 11 we explore how gratitude can allow us to feel more resilient and hopeful. In our practice together, we allow the energy of gratitude to weave its way through our entire lives, even the parts that feel hard. We dare to ask ourselves: what would my life look and feel like if I could be grateful for it all? Today’s Intention - When I allow the energy of gratitude to hold me in the hard times, I feel more hopeful.

Awareness - Interconnected Pathways
Today marks the beginning of part two and our second exploration of each of the ten pathways. As we travel deeper, we will explore the interconnected nature of the pathways. In our meditation, we'll call in, and send out, the energy of peace. Today’s Intention - When I expand my awareness, I can connect with the vibration of peace.

Calm - Ripples on the Lake
Today we continue to explore the interconnected nature of the ten pathways. In our practice together, we’ll allow calm to connect us to our higher selves, and the natural wisdom, perspective and courage that lives here. Today’s intention - Moments of calm ripple out into my day in positive ways.

Compassion - From Energy to Action
Today we explore the power of sending loving kindness out into the world. In our practice together, we cultivate our capacity to share this energy with those we love, strangers and the planet. But we take it one step further by allowing this energy to transform into wise action. Today’s Intention - I transform compassionate energy into wise action.
Lektion 15
Perspective - Zooming Out, Zooming In
Today’s practice offers us the opportunity to expand our perspective and see the miracle that is each day on planet earth. In our practice together we zoom out and witness earth in all its beauty. From here, we get curious about what we can do to protect and preserve the planet and the humans, animals and plants that call it home. Today’s Intention - I am both small and part of the mystery of life on planet earth.

Acceptance - Shared Humanity
Today is all about softening the stories, identities and judgements we make about ourselves and others so that we can rest in our deeper essence. In our practice together, we’ll find the courage to see beyond our differences towards our shared humanity. Today’s Intention - I open to our shared humanity.
Lektion 17
Connection - Earth wisdom
In day 17 we explore how mindfulness helps us to linger in our sensate world and open to the beauty of the seasons. In our practice, we allow our energetic roots to travel deep into the earth so that we can connect more deeply to the seasons and the wisdom they hold for us. Today’s Intention - Connecting to nature offers me hope.
Lektion 18
Purpose - Childhood Delights
Today we reflect on the importance of connecting with our childhood essence as a way of feeling more purposeful, aligned and alive as an adult. In our practice together, we travel back in time to identify childhood memories that made us feel joyful, happy and vibrant. From here, we get curious about ways to bring this energy and emotion into our adult lives. Today’s Intention - I commit to connecting with my youthful essence.

Vitality - Stardust
Today you are offered the invitation to champion a new, more inclusive and expansive definition of vitality, one that is less about moving our bodies and more about feeling connected to the lifeforce that runs through us all. In our practice together, we’ll explore how connected we are to the mountains, the ocean and the sky. Today’s Intention - I bring an attitude of playfulness into the possibility that we are all one.

Confidence - Awe and Wonder
Today is all about connecting to the possibility that awe and wonder can allow us to feel more confident, connected and hopeful. In our practice together, we immerse ourselves in our natural world, paying attention to the small details, the tiny miracles. From here, we receive wisdom, healing and a growing sense of inner confidence. Today’s Intention - A little bit of awe and wonder goes a long way.

Gratitude - Your Book
Today we allow the final pathway of gratitude to hold us as we reflect and celebrate this experience. In our final practice together, we honour the joys and the challenges, the growth and transformation, the moments of shared connection, and the inner hope that will guide us towards wise action. Today’s Intention - I commit to wise action.

Apparently I'm not a morning meditation person, but this course worked for me after lunch and in the late afternoon too! I really liked the different pathways and am discovering which are within reach easily (wonder, joy) and which need more attention (acceptance).
