Dreaming Our Way To Manifesting!

Thank you so much for being here today.

The last couple of days we've been talking about manifesting.

I want to go through,

Not every single day,

But I want to talk about the things regarding manifesting that we don't normally hear about.

Normally you hear,

Ask,

Believe,

Receive.

That's in its simplest form is fantastic.

Ask for what you want,

Believe that you're going to get it,

And allow yourself to receive it.

That's fantastic,

Right?

But there's some,

I think,

For me personally,

There's little intricacies there.

Wayne Dyer,

Who you guys know I love,

Talks a lot about other ways to help us get into that mindset,

The correct mindset.

So the other day I talked about monitoring your thoughts.

Monitoring your thoughts and allowing yourself to exchange the bad thoughts or the negative thoughts,

The lower energetic,

The lower vibrational thoughts.

Changing those to higher thoughts,

Higher vibrational thoughts,

Happy thoughts,

If you would.

But today what I want to talk about is the idea of,

As you're manifesting,

Of considering and believing and acting as though you already have what it is that you want to manifest.

I've used this example 600,

000 times,

So if you've heard it,

But it's the perfect example.

I really,

Really wanted a convertible.

I really did,

Right?

But I had an SUV.

I didn't want the SUV.

I wanted a convertible.

I wanted to do.

I would be driving down the freeway and I put down all the windows and I would just,

Not close my eyes,

Of course,

But I would look at,

I would just pretend that I was in a convertible.

I'd have my arm hanging out the window and I would be like turning up the,

Cranking up the music,

You know,

That sort of thing.

And that,

I believe,

Is one of the best things that you can do.

Right?

Dream it.

Just allow yourself to dream.

Right?

I mean,

It doesn't,

First of all,

How fun is it to dream?

I,

The idea of dreaming up your life,

Dreaming up the things that you want.

I mean,

I don't know,

Maybe it's that word that I love so much,

But the idea of dreaming your life,

You know,

And so then you go back to what is it that I really do want out of my life?

What is it that I really do want?

So yeah.

And then you go in,

You take what you want,

That,

That desire in your heart and you dream about it.

Doesn't that sound like,

It actually sounds amazing to do.

Right?

So dream about it.

And when you're driving in your car or you're having alone time,

I guess the reason why I'm saying driving in your car is because you're a lot of times by yourself.

Right?

Or you're having your alone time,

Just dream about it.

Allow yourself to dream.

We don't do that so much anymore.

Do we?

There's so much that we got to do.

We got to do this.

We got to do that.

We got to do this and everything else.

Allowing yourself to dream is,

Dreaming is important for just life.

Right?

It's like allowing yourself to be in the present and know that there is other stuff coming.

Right?

So yeah.

So that is what we are going to meditate on today.

We are going to meditate on dreaming.

How fun is that?

You know?

Oh my God.

That word.

And like I know I just said this,

But oh my God,

That word,

The word dream.

Oh my God.

I love that.

I love the idea of just sitting and allowing myself to think about anything I want.

Because it's your,

It's personal.

It's in your heart.

Allow yourself.

Allow yourself the excitement of dreaming.

And you know what?

Nobody has to know.

It's between you and spirit God universe.

It's between you and whatever it is that you want.

Right?

So,

Okay.

So let's get ourselves comfortable because we are going to meditate on this.

Alright.

So get yourself comfortable.

Seated or you know,

Like I said,

I've been meditating lately with my bare feet on the floor.

It's a little chilly today for that.

But,

But some sitting cross legged,

Which is my favorite way to meditate.

So,

But you can do whatever you choose.

Right?

Today we are going to do,

Our mantra is going to be an affirmation.

Because again,

If we say things over and over enough,

Then our mind starts to click in.

Even if our conscious mind doesn't believe it and says,

Oh,

This is all not reality or whatever.

This is silly or whatever.

Even if you,

Even if your conscious mind doesn't believe it,

It starts sinking into your subconscious.

That's important.

So,

Alright.

So what we are going to do is get ourselves comfortable.

Let your eyes float closed.

Beautiful.

Let's take a nice deep breath in.

Filling up our lungs.

Hold it and release.

Absolutely perfect.

Perfect.

Let's start to calm our bodies.

Relax ourselves a little bit.

Very good.

So our mantra for today is this.

I can dream it.

I can be it.

It is mine.

I can dream it.

I can be it.

It is mine.

I can dream it.

I can be it.

It is mine.

Before we start into the silence.

Let's consider just a few things for just a minute of what we are grateful for today.

What are you grateful for?

Some days this is easier than others.

Every day there is always something to be grateful for.

Our mantra again for today.

I can dream it.

I can be it.

It is mine.

I can dream it.

I can be it.

It is mine.

If you forget the mantra that's absolutely okay.

Just come back to your thoughts and push them aside.

Focus on that.

And let's begin.

I can dream it.

I can be it.

It is mine.

I can dream it.

I can be it.

It is mine.

I can dream it.

I can be it.

It is mine.

It is mine.

I can dream it.

I can dream it.

I can dream it.

I can dream it.

I can dream it.

I can dream it.

Let's start bringing our awareness back to our bodies.

Take a nice deep breath in.

And release it.

Whenever you feel comfortable you can open your eyes.

As we were meditating,

Right at the end I saw a bird flying.

And it was,

I felt the freedom from this bird.

I felt the emotional freedom of this bird.

And we can have that.

Dream it.

Dream your life.

That is the way to manifest.

That's one of the,

I think,

One of the most beautiful parts of manifesting.
