Good morning everybody.
How is everybody feeling today?
It's Wednesday.
I always do that and I always think,
Oh no,
It might not be Wednesday when you're listening to this,
But that's okay.
Today we are going to go a little bit deep.
We're gonna take our meditation practice to a new level.
So far I've been talking about different aspects of whatever,
Spirituality,
Meditation,
All of this kind of stuff.
Then we meditate maybe for five minutes or so.
I wanted to do this to get you started because we want to keep going.
We want to create a practice where we go every single day.
But today we're gonna go a little bit longer.
I'm not gonna talk.
Imagine that as much.
We're gonna sit in the silence and stillness for a little bit.
We've done so many different types of meditating.
We've chanted.
We've done all sorts of things.
Today I want us to really sit in the meditation and dive deep into ourselves.
Today we are going to use OM as our mantra.
OM is basically the most sacred symbol of many religions.
It encompasses the vibration of the word.
OM encompasses every vibration that is out there.
It basically is everything.
It represents the ultimate reality,
The ultimate everything.
That's why I have it tattooed on my arm because it's kind of the merging of spirit and us humans and the universe.
It's the merging of everything.
That's why I love to keep that as kind of a thing that when I look at it I kind of go,
Right,
Get into the everythingness of consciousness.
Today we're gonna say we're gonna have OM be our mantra.
We are going to focus on our crown chakra.
Let's get ourselves comfortable.
Let's do this.
Get yourself comfortable.
Let your eyes gently float closed.
Let's take a nice deep deep breath in really slow and release no matter what time of the day it is.
A good long slow deep breath in is wonderful.
Let's do that again.
Take another nice long slow deep breath in.
Perfect.
Perfect.
Our mantra today is OM as I said.
When we do this mantra we can do it in kind of a sing-song way to make it more,
I guess I should say to make it easier so that we continue to say it and continue on with the mantra consistently through our meditation.
We can do it like this.
And of course you do that to yourself with yourself and as you're doing this we are concentrating on our crown chakra today.
Our crown chakra is where our wisdom comes from basically.
What a great way to start your day don't you think?
So as we get ourselves comfortable if you find yourself if you find yourself moving away from the the mantra that's absolutely okay.
It happens so just gently allow yourself to come back okay.
Bring yourself back.
Let's really quickly go to relaxing our whole body starting with our head and our neck and our chest arms torso and abdomen pelvis and legs.
Let's go down through our body and relax.
As we begin I will keep the time.
You remember there is no right and no wrong there just is.
Let's begin.
You you you you you you you you you you you you you you you you you you Let's start bringing our awareness back to our bodies.
Maybe wiggle your fingers,
Toes.
When you feel comfortable,
You can open your eyes.
Tell me how you feel.
How do you feel?
So that was one of the longest times that we've gone because I wanted to kind of move a little bit forward in our practice.
You know,
You have to remember that meditation is you time.
It's just for you.
So to have those few minutes,
Even though that was really,
That was only 10 minutes,
You have to remember that it's you time just for you.
So in your connection to your heart,
Your connection to spirit,
The universe,
God,
Ram,
However you like to think of God,
Right?
So I love that we did this today and I'll be anxious to see what you guys thought about 10 whole minutes of meditation versus the other.
Some of you may really,
Really get into it and some may be like,
I'm not so sure that was a little long,
Right?
But we have to,
If we don't work our muscle,
Then we're not going to be able to get in better shape,
So to speak.
So good morning,
Diana and Kelly and Barbara.
Thanks guys for coming.
It's 114 in Riyadh.
That's great.
Oh my goodness.
All right then.
On that note,
That's hot.
So I love you guys.
Thank you so much for joining me today.
I hope that you got something out of today's little bit longer meditation because this is our chance.
You know,
This is why I love meditation so much because it's those few minutes just where I get to be with me.
It's carved out,
It's set,
I'm there just for me.
So thank you guys for joining.
I appreciate every single one of you that watches and until next time,
Namaste everybody.
Take care.
