Happiness and joy are two of the most desired experiences.

Let yourself witness the inner dwelling state of happiness as your natural state of being,

Free flowing and ever so beautiful.

Let this state call on you,

Remind you of its presence,

Its ease,

Its lightness,

Its power.

There are two most simple and direct ways to this beautiful state.

The first is gratitude,

An acknowledging of what is good in your life,

Of what you feel thankful for.

The other direct path is to choose what thoughts deliberately evoke the state of happiness,

Of joy from within you.

Remember the feeling of happiness experienced so easily in a moment of laughter,

Of shared connection with another,

Of receiving kindness,

Of an act of kindness that you offered,

Of being loved unconditionally,

Of play.

That thought,

Impressions,

Ideas conjure up happiness from within for you.

That thought,

Impressions,

Ideas conjure up happiness from within for you.

What does happiness feel like in your being?

What does happiness feel like in your being?

Hold this feeling.

Where do you feel it?

Happiness as an experience rises up from within whenever you remain open to receive it.

Happiness and the heightened state of joy are felt as you recall a moment,

An experience,

And allow yourself to relive it now.

Happiness as you hold gratitude for what you are appreciative of.

Be grateful now for something.

Feel the feeling of happiness,

Contentment,

And peace rise up from within.

Notice,

Enjoy it.

Revel in the appreciation of what is beautiful,

Sacred.

What is good?

What is love?

Let yourself be guided to choose happiness in more moments,

To awaken to it,

To decide,

To honor your infinite nature as what happiness is,

As what you are.
