Hello,

I'm Diana,

Welcome to this meditation for inner peace.

Please find a place where you will be comfortable for the duration of this meditation,

Either sitting or lying down.

Close your eyes when you feel comfortable doing so,

And take a moment to settle in.

Let your body relax,

And your mind begin to quieten.

Take a deep breath in through your nose,

And slowly exhale through your mouth.

Let's do this together three more times.

Inhale through your nose,

And slowly exhale through your mouth.

Feel your body becoming lighter with each breath.

Bring your attention to the ground beneath you.

Feel the weight of your body supported by the earth.

Imagine roots gently growing from your body into the earth,

Anchoring your body.

Now scan your body slowly.

Start at the top of your head and bring awareness to your scalp.

Move to your forehead and temples,

And let any tension melt away.

Feel your jaw unclench,

And your shoulders drop.

Travel down to your chest,

Noticing the gentle rise and fall of your breath.

Let your abdomen relax completely,

Releasing any tightness.

Feel your hips sink into your seat.

Feel your legs growing heavy,

And feel your feet firmly planted or resting gently.

And as you continue to breathe,

Imagine each exhale carrying away the stress,

And each inhale filling you with calm.

Now I'd like you to imagine a place where you feel completely at peace.

It might be a real place that you've visited,

Or somewhere created entirely in your imagination.

Picture yourself there now.

What does this place look like?

Notice the colors,

The shapes,

And the surroundings.

What do you hear?

Perhaps the gentle rustling of leaves,

Or the sound of waves,

Or maybe even a birdsong.

Feel the texture of the ground beneath you.

Soft grass,

Or maybe warm sand,

Or are you feeling cool stones?

Breathe deeply and let the peaceful energy of this place fill.

Imagine it washing over you like a gentle wave,

Cleansing away worries and fears.

Now visualize a warm golden light shining down upon you in this safe haven.

This light represents pure peace.

As it touches your skin,

It feels warm and comforting.

Let it flow into your body,

Filling you from head to toe.

Feel this light wrapping around your heart.

Let it soften any hardness,

Dissolve any pain,

And replace it with kindness and serenity.

Stay here for a while,

Simply enjoying the peace of this place.

If you might wonder,

Gently get it back to the sounds,

The sights,

Or the sensations of your safe haven.

Now,

Let's repeat some affirmations to reinforce this sense of calm.

You can say them silently in your mind,

Or out loud if you wish to do so.

I am at peace with myself and the world around me.

I am at peace with myself and the world around me.

I am at peace with myself and the world around me and welcome calm into my life.

I let go of worry and welcome calm into my life.

I let go of worry and welcome calm into my life.

My heart is open and I feel light and free.

My heart is open and I feel light and free.

My heart is open and I feel light and free.

Peace flows through me with every breath I take.

Peace flows through me with every breath I take.

Peace flows through me with every breath I take.

Peace flows through me with every breath I take.

I trust that I am safe and supported in this moment.

I trust that I am safe and supported in this moment.

I trust that I am safe and supported in this moment.

Pause for a moment to reflect on these affirmations.

Feel their truth resonating within you.

Bring your focus back to your breath.

Breathe in deeply imagining that peace fills every corner of your body.

Breathe in deeply imagining that peace fills every corner of your body.

As you exhale imagine sending that peace outward to the world around you.

As you exhale imagine sending that peace outward to the world around you.

Let's try a simple breathing pattern to deepen this sense of peace.

With each cycle your mind becomes quieter and your body more relaxed.

As this meditation is coming to an end take a moment to feel gratitude for this time that you have given yourself.

For this time that you have given yourself.

Thank yourself for showing up today and for inviting peace into your life.

When you're ready you can gentle wiggle your fingers and your toes bringing awareness back into your body.

Feel the surface beneath you grounding yourself in the present moment.

Now take one final deep breath in and exhale fully.

And when you feel ready you can open your eyes and return to your day carrying this sense of inner peace with you.

Thank you for joining this meditation May your inner peace grow stronger with every step you take.
