Hello,

I'm Diana.

Welcome to this Reflection and Rebirth meditation.

Begin by finding a place where you can be alone for the duration of this meditation.

A place where you can sit comfortably with your back supported and your feet flat on the floor.

You can also decide to put your feet up when that's what you desire.

Alternatively,

You can also choose to lay down,

But ideally in a place where you do not normally sleep,

So that you can stay awake for the duration of this meditation.

Make sure that you stay warm during this meditation,

So maybe use a blanket to cover yourself when that's needed.

And now let's begin.

Please relax as much as you can,

And let my voice guide you through this meditation.

Take a deep breath in,

And hold for a moment,

And exhale slowly.

Notice how your body relaxes with each breath.

Let go of any tension in your shoulders,

Any tight feelings in your jaw.

Notice how all of your body warms with each breath.

Now,

Let your breath settle into a slow but natural rhythm.

Bring your awareness to this moment.

Nothing else exists,

Just this breath.

This space,

And this stillness.

Now I invite you to imagine that today is your last day,

Relying in a peaceful space,

Warm and comfortable.

This is the final chapter of your life.

There's no fear,

Only acceptance,

Only presence.

Allow yourself to reflect.

Your life has been full of moments,

Some joyful,

Some difficult,

But all.

See them passing before you,

Like waves returning to the ocean.

What do you wish you had done more of?

What do you wish you had feared less?

Wish you had loved more?

There's no judgement here,

Only awareness.

Simply observe.

Your body becomes lighter.

Infinite presence of your being.

You are.

There is no pain.

There is no regret.

There is only a deep boundless.

You expand beyond time.

Time are the sky,

The stars,

The endless sea.

Pure,

Limitless awareness.

Now,

Something incredible happens.

A voice whispers.

You have been given another chance.

Feel yourself returning to your body.

Feel the gentle breeze.

Feel your fingers.

Feel your toes.

Slowly,

As if for the first time.

Look around.

Everything is new.

Everything is alive.

You are.

Whisper to yourself.

You have another chance.

Bring your awareness back to the present moment.

Carry this feeling of having been given another chance with you.

You have died before you die.
