Today we're going to be talking about using the essence of your business,

The soul of your business as a portal to your next level.

So essentially we're going to look at your business as its own energy entity.

It's a really interesting concept,

Yeah?

And it's really thought-provoking,

Eye-opening and it's fueling this new perspective for many,

Many business owners,

Leaders and entrepreneurs.

And before we dive in,

I want to personally share what the soul of my business looks and feels like.

Because not only will this give you a deeper understanding of the theme for today's episode,

But when we can connect to the soul of a business rather than hearing its mission or purpose,

We get this glimpse of how that business wants to be expressed alongside the business owner.

A very interesting insight to receive,

Which is why I ask all guests on this podcast this exact question.

It gives the business an opportunity to be intimately expressed and share the way it wants to evolve.

So the soul of my business is deeply connected to the Earth's energies.

It also harnesses the power of the cosmos and the place where they come together and intimately intersect is what I refer to as the sacred healing.

I see this visually as sacred geometry symbols and in my logo where it looks like energy rays connecting to a central source.

And I also see this expressed in everything I do,

From my offers,

My marketing,

My client sessions and my community.

And the way it presents itself in this podcast is I get this visual of the podcast like centered in the divine web where I'm the main connector with you,

The audience and the guest experts.

And this is the golden thread that runs through our hearts and connects us all.

And it is through these threads that we receive vibrations,

Sounds and frequencies that allow us to share,

Connect and support one another on a soul level.

It's like that thread is a healing line connecting us all with energy flowing to those who need it and then back again.

Pretty cool hey?

So my purpose is to use the unconditional love of the cosmos and galactic energies to meet the Earth's frequencies in the middle and extend out to all and allow us to receive the inner wisdom we all have within us.

And that is that we are all connected.

Yes,

We are all individual and we all have the power within us to lift,

Transmute,

To transcend and dissolve these energies and frequencies that no longer serves us into all encompassing love.

Love truly heals all and we are all love.

Oh,

That was so powerful sharing that and I felt so much energy rushing through me and I'm sure you probably felt that too.

And so how I've come to know all this is through my lessons and teachings,

In particular while I was training to become an Akashic Record practitioner.

And it was through this teaching that we spoke about the concept that everything has consciousness,

Right?

And I'll go into more detail around this in my next episode,

But essentially the Akashic Field is a dimension of consciousness that contains the vibrational record of every soul and its journey.

So our pets have a record,

Our land and house have a record and yep,

You guessed it,

Our businesses have a record.

So once I started to open my business record in the Akashic Field,

I started to get the clarity,

The alignment and the direction I was needing.

And this intrigued me immensely and made me more curious than ever and wanted to keep on exploring this path.

That's when I thought,

Well,

If my business has a record,

It has a consciousness,

It also has an energetic imprint.

It's its own energy entity.

So as I started to get trained in alternative therapies like Reiki and Kinesiology,

I had this concept in the back of my mind and started to experiment,

Clearing the energy channels to allow more flow in the business energy.

And through this,

I developed my clairvoyant abilities to see this business energy at this high dimension.

And that's when things really started to shift.

And at the very first time I did it,

I was like,

Oh my goodness,

Yes,

Businesses really do have its own energy body.

And not only that,

It has its own frequency and purpose.

So flipping cool.

So let's just quickly take a step back because I know this might be a really out there concept to wrap your head around initially,

But it's also quite intriguing because it's like you have an intimate connection with something on your business journey.

It means you can have a partnership with your business and you can co-create with your business.

And that my friends changes everything.

So I want to talk a little bit more about this energy entity concept.

So as soon as you birth your business idea,

Right,

The business entity is formed.

Now in that instant,

It is formed.

It comes from,

Yes,

Your energy and your energetic blueprint.

However,

As it starts to develop and grow,

It also starts to take on the energies around it.

So for instance,

If you get a branding designer,

A website developer,

Business coach,

All their energies start to like mix up with the business energy entity.

Then as you start to work with clients and teachers,

Their energy starts to build up in it too.

So gradually it is accumulating these energies and it forms and shifts and changes over time.

Some of it can be supportive and amazing,

But some of it can be really constricting,

Diminishing and repelling too.

And also if you have an old business that pivoted into a new model or something as simple as changing that business name,

Some of that business energy will be affecting your new business.

And that will fundamentally change the dynamics and the trajectory of the business.

Which leads me to my next point.

So if the business is holding all these different energies,

Its actual path could start to look a little different to that of what you initially had in mind.

And then you might actually feel like there's this opposing force in your business where you're both kind of like standing at the fork in the road where you want to go down one path and then the business wants to go down the other path.

And if you're unaware of this concept,

This can be really frustrating and challenging.

So you might be thinking,

Okay,

I'm starting to wrap my head around this concept a little more now.

I'm starting to understand that my business has its own energy,

Entity,

Its own consciousness.

But then just like any partnership,

You have to get to know your business.

You have to connect with it at a deeper level.

You have to listen as well as speak.

Just like the dynamics of a partnership,

You too must treat your business this way.

And if you're constantly feeding it thoughts like,

Why is my business not getting more clients?

Why aren't I making more income?

Why are you taking up so much of my time?

Etc,

Etc.

Right?

So if you look at your partnership with your business in this way,

It will not thrive.

It will cave under the constant barrage of negativity.

Your business wants to be appreciated.

It wants to be acknowledged and adored.

It wants the best for you and it wants to work in harmony with you.

And when you change your perspective on your business and start seeing it with form,

With consciousness and energy and treating it with love and care,

It starts to bring forth alignment in your relationship and welcomes the energy to move and flow again.

And the best way is to really spend time getting to know your business at a deeper level.

Help a dialogue with it.

Listen to what it wants to share with you.

For me,

I connect daily with my business to check in on how it's going.

If it needs any energetic support and listen to its needs for the day.

It's like having this daily catch up meeting with my business to see its priorities,

What support it needs and ultimately how I can help it.

And this works so well,

Especially when I'm feeling uneasy and I want to understand what is really going on below the surface.

So I close my eyes,

I call my business energy in and sometimes I get answers pop in and sometimes I don't.

It doesn't really matter though because I actually feel warm and welcomed in the connection.

And I would strongly recommend practicing connecting to your business.

And if you haven't done anything like this ever before and it may seem really silly at first because it is a practice,

Right?

And it may take a few goes to really feel comfortable.

But as well as asking questions,

You can actually start to clear the energy and activate the positive energy too.

And this can be a real struggle to listen to our intuition and connecting to our business energy and really trusting the answers are for our best and highest good,

Especially when we're sitting in stress,

High anxiety and fight and flight mode.

So a tip on this,

Start with some breath work like alternate nostril breathing.

And when you feel the stress start to dissolve,

Ask your questions then.

And whatever pops into your mind,

The first thing that crosses it,

Go with that.

Anchor it down and feel the depth of the message.

And it's really best to avoid double guessing the answer because this is normally the ego wanting to step in.

So ask the ego to pause for a cause and acknowledge the answer even if you don't know what it means initially.

And this will help you start to cultivate your inner knowing and listening skills.

And they are within everyone.

So trust the process.

Surrender to the answers and give you and your business this opportunity to thrive together.

And really be playful with this practice and have fun.

It really is such a cool way to connect in with your business energy.

So remember,

You're not alone on this journey.

You have a business partner who wants the very best for you.

And if you can really grow and establish this partnership with your business,

Really connect to the soul of your business,

You will feel supported,

Loved and heard in your journey.

And there is something magical knowing that you are in collaboration,

Co-creation with your business energy.

It becomes this beautiful dance in frequencies,

Vibrations and manifestations.

Oh,

And one last thing.

I also have a crystal that symbolizes my business that sits on my desk.

I actually have it in my pocket while I record this because it's this constant reminder that,

Oh,

Hey,

There's my business.

It's separate from me.

Yes,

But always with me.

So if you can have something physical that symbolizes your business,

Like,

I don't know,

An oracle card or,

You know,

An essence,

You know,

Whatever,

Whatever resonates with you.

Or if you don't actually know,

You can always ask what it would like.

This is a great tool to leverage your connection,

Ground your partnership and acknowledge your unconditional love for it.

It makes it more tangible.

Now this concept I will continue to talk about in much more depth.

This is just an overview to get you familiar with having a business energy entity and the fact that you can open up to the infinite possibilities it wants to co-create with you.

In the one-on-one business alignment sessions I do,

I spend 60 minutes sitting in your business energy and communicating with it and sharing with you what it's showing.

There is so much information held in your business energy and it doesn't reveal at all only what is relevant for you right now.

But many of my clients will refer to the notes and recordings months after and get something new from it each time.

They book again in a few months time to also get the energetic clearing and balancing it needs to stay in alignment too.

So just like ourselves and we need that self-care,

So does our business.

Your business has so much to share with you.

So start to listen to the soul of your business.

Open up that connection and take steps to co-create with it in a way that feels aligned,

Fun and also nourishing.
