Love is deeper than our personalities… our relationships… it shines through all of us… we must first be able to love ourselves unconditionally before we can love others unconditionally… In this meditation, we will focus on self-love… loving ourselves first… showing ourselves self-compassion… like the sun that shines on the good and the bad equally… we continue to love ourselves through our mistakes.
