Now imagine this light is passing through you,
This golden energy is passing right through you easily and effortlessly and it bounces back up through you,
All the way up to the ceiling and bounces back down.
Imagine this light is now coming out through your belly button and towards the word calm in front of you.
The word calm seems to glow effortlessly with a golden colour.

It has a calming effect on you.
